外端に設けられるものであつて、ガイドチユーブ
の外端に一体的に連結され外周面外端に第１の截
頭円錐状接触面をもつ第１の継手、該ガイドチユ
ーブを通つて該容器の内外に延びる計装管の外端
に水密に連結されると共に該第１の接触面に離れ
て対向する第２の截頭円錐状接触面をもつ第２の
継手、該第１及び第２の継手の間に介装されると
共に該第１及び第２の接触面にそれぞれ密接する
第３及び第４の接触面を両端に具えた中空連結部
材、該第１の継手の内周部に嵌装された第１の摺
動シール、該中空連結部材の内周部に嵌装された
第２の摺動シール、及び該中空連結部材に連絡し
該第１第２の摺動シール間の空間に開口すると共
に弁を介して該ガイドチユーブ内に連絡した導通
