、該フルードヘツドに、前記突出端部を囲むガー
ドパイプを設け、該ガードパイプの先端部と間隙
をおいて前記突出端部の外周部に固定リングを設
け、該固定リングと前記フルードヘツドとの間に
前記ガードパイプを囲むベローズを設けたことを
