オトインタラプタから出力されるパルス信号が入
力され、かつこのパルス信号周期が所定周期以上
になつた場合にパルス信号を出力する単安定マル
チバイブレータと、この単安定マルチバイブレー
タからのパルス信号を入力として上記所定周期よ
り著しく長い幅のパルス信号を出力するラツチ手
段とを具備することを特徴とするフアン回転速度
