ブル・ワンシヨツト・マルチバイブレータと、当
該マルチバイブレータの出力パルスでトリガされ
、前記チヤージリレーが切り換わる回転数に対応
する前記回転角パルスの周期より長い時間幅のパ
ルスを出力する第2のリトリガブル・ワンシヨツ
ト・マルチバイブレータと、この第2のマルチバ
イブレータの出力パルスと前記チヤージリレーの
動作状態とに基づいて、前記目標回転数に対する
前記内燃機関の回転数の大小を判定出力する手段
