Claims (1)
- コイル状のヒータ線を内部に挿入する石英管を
具備する発熱体において、該石英管1の表面に有
機金属化合物の反射膜4と、この反射膜4の上に
無機酸化物の長波長放射膜5をストライプ状、又
は全体に被装することを特徴とする発熱体。
