Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は、自動車の車体や住宅のパネルなどに
有利に採用し得る複合材料構造体を提案するもの
で、以下その一実施例を図面に基づいて説明す

1は軽量骨材2を内在してなるモルタル樹脂層
で、軽量骨材2としては発泡岩石(軽石)や骨材
を任意に発泡したものや樹脂を発泡したものなど
が使用され、また樹脂としてはポリエチレンや塩
化ビニールやアクリルやナイロンなどが使用され
る。なお自動車用にはナイロンが強度など諸特性
上において好適である。前記モルタル樹脂層1の
両面には内側強化樹脂層3,4が積層され、これ
ら内側強化樹脂層3,4は部分切断されたロービ
ング5,6を内在してなる。そしてこれら内側強
化樹脂層3,4の外面には外側強化樹脂層7,8
が積層され、これら外側強化樹脂層7,8はチヨ

ビング5,6はところどころ切れている。出来た
製品を加熱すると軟くなつてプレスをかけること
ができ、事前に加熱すれば従来の冷間プレスで加
工できる。本考案のロービング5,6はところど

できることから自動車の車体に有利に採用でき
る。また肉厚を増加して、骨材に発泡性材を用い
れば鋸で切断できると共に釘が打て、断熱性が良
くてしかも防火性能が優れていることから住宅の
