Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable to improve humidifying capacity and desired dimensions of a humidifier by determining a specified ratio of L1 to L2 when distances between a core member surrounded by hollow perforated members and an outer shell are set at L1 in the long side direction and L2 in the short side direction. CONSTITUTION:When distances between a core member 6 surrounded by hollow perforated members 1 and partition plates 5, and an outer shell are settled as L1 in the long side direction and L2 in the short side direction, desired dimensions of a humidifier are obtained by determining an aspect ratio of the core member 6 in such that a ratio of L1 to L2 is set at 0.85L2<L1<0.95L2. Therefore, by changing the shape of the core member, it is possible to obtain a cross sectional shape nearly equal to a shape of an attaching part of a humidifier and a ratio of an effective humidifying area is made large and humidifying capacity is improved.

Note that the sheet 2 is a porous material made of a hydrophobic polymer material, which allows water vapor (gaseous water molecules) to freely pass through, but does not allow liquid water (liquid water molecules) to pass through at all. 05, which is provided with countless fine pores with a diameter of 10 μm or less, is attached to the hollow porous member 1 so that when the hollow porous member 1 is rolled up, a ventilation path can be formed between the overlapping hollow porous members 1. A humidifier constructed as above is a film-like spacer plate that is rolled up into a wave shape and is housed in a casing (not shown) and attached to the outlet of dry air from an air conditioner or heater, etc. By connecting the water supply port 3 of the sexual member 1 to a water supply device and supplying water into the hollow part of the hollow porous member 1,
Only water vapor passes through the micropores of the sheet 2 of the hollow porous member 1 and is released into the ventilation path, humidifying the dry air.The drain port 4 is closed during humidification and opened when not used for a long period of time to drain water. used for

In the conventional humidifier as described above, the hollow porous member 1 and the spacer plate 5 are wrapped in a circular shape, so the shape of the casing that houses the humidifier can be adjusted to fit the mounting part of the air conditioner or heater, such as a heat exchanger. If the casing is made into a square shape, the area where the hollow porous member 1 is not present at the four corners occupies approximately 21.5% of the area, meaning that effective humidification can be obtained from the same space. The area was small and the humidifying capacity was low.

In view of this problem, the present invention has a humidifier made up of a hollow porous member 1 and a spacer plate 5, and the cross-sectional shape of the humidifier is made to approximate the shape of its attachment part, so that it has a rectangular shape.
The purpose of this invention is to reduce the space in which the hollow porous member 1 does not exist, thereby improving the humidifying ability and obtaining desired humidifier dimensions.

The humidifier according to the present invention includes a rectangular hollow porous member that has a water supply port at one end and is made of a hydrophobic polymer material, and is overlapped with the hollow porous member and has a round cross-sectional shape with a wave-like interval. In a rectangular humidifier in which a plate is wrapped around a prismatic core serving as a core material, the distance between the core material occupied by the hollow porous member and the outer shell is determined.

In this invention, a humidifier is constructed by overlapping a hollow porous member with a wave-shaped spacing member and wrapping the prismatic member around the prismatic member from the other portion having the water supply port or the other end thereof, with the prismatic member as the core material. Therefore, by making the core material a prismatic material with an arbitrary shape, the humidifier can be installed in a cross-sectional shape that is very close to the shape of the humidifier, and the humidifier can be installed in a manner that reduces the effective humidifier area to the area. By increasing the ratio, the humidifying capacity can be improved, and by determining the distance between the core material occupied by the hollow porous member and the outer shell, desired humidifier dimensions can be obtained.

6 is a core material of a rectangular prism, 7 is a frame, and 8 is a hollow porous member 1 and a spacing plate 5 stacked together, and from the end sla or 1b of the hollow porous member 1 having the water supply port 3 or the drain port 4. A humidifier 9 is a heat exchanger that is wound around the core material 6 and along the core material 6, and the air that has passed through the heat exchanger 9 is humidified by the humidifier 8.

Since the humidifier 8 configured as described above has a rectangular shape when rolled up, hollow porous members 1 are present at the four corners even when it is installed in a rectangular casing when it is incorporated into an air conditioner or heater. There is almost no area where no hollow porous member 1 is present, and the central core member 6 is the area where no hollow porous member 1 is present, but this area is also very small compared to the conventional one. Further, since the shape of the roll is proportional to the aspect ratio of the core material 6, a humidifier of a desired size can be obtained by determining the aspect ratio of the core material 6 according to the dimensional ratio of the attachment part of the air conditioner or heater.

However, when the hollow porous member 1 is wrapped around the core material 6, the winding force is different in the long and short side directions of the humidifier, so the hollow porous member 1 is wrapped weakly in the long side direction of the humidifier. Since it is wrapped tightly in the short side direction of the humidifier, the distance between the core material 6 occupied by the hollow porous member 1 and the outer shell is different in the long and short side directions of the humidifier. Humidifier dimensions cannot be obtained.

Therefore, in order to obtain the desired humidifier dimensions, when the distance between the core material 6 and the outer shell occupied by the hollow porous member 1 and the spacer plate 5 in the long side direction L1% and the short side direction L2 in a rectangular humidifier, Ll and Ll ratio is 0.85 L2<r-+ <0
.. Desired humidifier dimensions can be obtained by determining the aspect ratio of the core material 6 to be 95 Lx.

As described above, the present invention includes a rectangular hollow porous member having a water supply port at one end and made of a hydrophobic polymer material, and a cross-sectional shape overlapped with the hollow porous member having a corrugated shape. A humidifier is constructed by forming a ventilation passage between the overlapping hollow members by wrapping the spacer plate around a prismatic material serving as a core material, and furthermore, a spacer is formed between the core material occupied by the hollow porous member, etc., and the outer shell. Distance in long side direction L! , along the short side, the ratio of cut and L2 is O-85Lm <Ll <0.95
Ll, by appropriately changing the shape of the core material, the humidifier can be installed with a cross-sectional shape that is very close to the part shape, and the effective humidification area ratio occupied by the hollow porous member increases. It is possible to improve the humidifying capacity and also have the effect of obtaining the desired humidifier dimensions.
