It was narrowly limited, and there were few that could easily and accurately stir in a constant temperature state.

Moreover, the accuracy of temperature control was only roughly within the range of ±1 to 5°C.

It is almost the same as the aquarium type that stirring is difficult.

The purpose was to provide a stirring type constant temperature device that could be operated.

The top of the container 2 is covered with a glass bell 11 through a heat-resistant and chemical-resistant rubber 10, and a gas vent hole 12 is provided at the top of the glass bell 11. A degassing tube 14 having a hole 13 is provided, and by using the hole 12 and the degassing tube 14, the inside of the container 2 is replaced with nitrogen gas or the like to enable constant temperature operation of unstable samples. . A circular glass plate may be used in place of the glass bell 11, and in this case, a gas venting tube 14 is used to reduce the pressure or return it to normal pressure.

Then turn on heater 3. At the same time, the pilot lamp 18 is turned on and off, and the motor 4 for driving the magnet 5 is turned on. A stirrer 20 and its pilot lamp 18 to be turned off are also provided on this panel 16.

とが実験結果において確認ずみである。 In the stirring-type constant temperature device of the present invention having the above configuration, since the thermal conductivity of the container 2 is extremely good, the temperature can be raised and lowered quickly and the temperature can be easily controlled. For example, at low temperatures, it takes about 15 to 20 minutes. In addition, it reaches a constant temperature in about 25 to 30 minutes at high temperatures, and its accuracy is extremely accurate regardless of the temperature.
In the case of constant voltage, ±0.2 within a certain time
It has been confirmed in experimental results that temperatures in the range from 0.4°C to 0.4°C can be obtained, and temperatures in the range from ±0.5 to 1.0°C can be obtained even over long periods of time.
