Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 予め設定した送り長さを往復動する第１の
送り部を有する第１の送り機構と、第２の送り部
を有しその送り長さが調節自在で上記第１の送り
機構より位置決め精度が高くかつ送り速度が遅い
第２の送り機構とを設け、移動自在に設けられた
位置決め用の移動部材を上記第１および第２の送
り機構の中のいずれか一方で移動させ他方で上記
一方のものを移動させることを特徴とする位置決
め装置。 (2) 第１の送り機構は空気圧送り機構であり、
第２の送り機構はボールねじ送り機構であること
を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
の位置決め装置。
