着され、かつフツクをロツク解除位置で位置規制
するガイドプレートとを備え、上記ガイドプレー
トをロツク方向に操作することにより、レバーリ
ンクが停止状態のままフツクをアンカピン方向へ
回動させ、つぎにガイドプレートをレバーリンク
とともに回動させ、フツクを引き上げてアンカピ
ンと係合せしめるようにしたチルトキヤブのロツ
