(Industrial Application Field) The present invention relates to a roof board and a hanger for a roof that is installed from the ridge side to the eave side. Previously, roofing was done from the bottom to the top, but now roofing is done from the ridge side to the eave side because it is less likely to damage the shingles, and it is easier to install on steeply sloped roofs. Thatching is
It has started to be done recently. In addition, the present inventor has proposed a method in which the roof sheets are covered from the ridge side to the eave side, in which the roof sheets are covered over a support member such as a rafter through a base material such as a wood wool board, and are fixed to the support member. It has previously been proposed to connect and hold the connecting and engaging portions of both roof panels on the ridge side and the eave side to the support member using hangers. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] The conventional hanger used for a roof in which the above-mentioned roof plates are covered from the ridge side to the eave side connects the connecting and securing parts of both roof plates on the ridge side and the eave side to the supporting member. After the ridge-side end of the ridge-side roof board is hooked to the hanger, the base material is inserted between the ridge 4M roof board and the support member from the first eave side, and then roughly After that, since the next hanger of the connecting and securing part of the ridge side roof plate and the eave side roof plate was fixed to the support member, a gap in the eave ridge direction was likely to occur between the two ridge side and eave side base materials. Furthermore, it is difficult to position the base material so that this gap does not occur, resulting in poor workability. The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems and allows the base material to be positioned and held between a supporting member such as a rafter and a roof board so that a gap does not occur in the direction of the eave ridge between the base materials on the ridge side and the eave side. ,
Moreover, it is an object of the present invention to provide a roof hanger that can be used to roof shingles from the ridge side to the eave side with good workability. [Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention is a roof hanger for roofing from the ridge side to the eave side, and in which the eave side is attached to a mounting plate supported and fixed on a support member such as a rafter. Forming a base material support part, forming a rising plate that stands up from the ridge side end of the mounting plate to a height equal to or greater than the thickness of the base material, and forming a ridge side base material support step bent toward the eaves at the upper end of the rising plate. forming a receiving plate that stands up from the eave-side end of the supporting stepped portion at a height equal to or greater than the thickness of the base material, and forming a locking plate that is folded back toward the eaves at the upper end of the receiving plate; This locking plate is made of an integrally molded metal plate with an eave-side roof hook formed at the eave-side end. [Function] Since the present invention is configured as described above, the base material is inserted from the eave side between the support member and the ridge side roof board, and the eave side end of the ridge side base material is brought into contact with the receiving part. The eave-side end of the base material is supported on the support part, and the ridge-side end of the eave-side base material is brought into contact with a board rising from the eaves side, and the eave-side base material is supported by the mounting plate. With this, it is possible to arrange and position the two ridge-side base materials on both eaves sides so that they overlap in the eave ridge direction, and there is almost no gap between the ridge-side base material and the eave-side base material.
The insulation and sound insulation properties of the roof can be improved. In addition, the ridge side base material comes into contact with the receiving plate that stands up from the eave side end of the support step, and the one eave side base material comes into contact with the rising plate, so that the positioning of both base materials, especially the ridge side base material, is facilitated. It is easy to do and has good positioning workability. [Example] Hereinafter, an example of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a suspender according to an embodiment of the present invention. An unembodied suspender (1) is constructed from an integrally molded product obtained by bending a metal such as a steel plate using a press or the like. Hanging child (

An IF-side ground material support portion 2d) that slightly rises from 2b) via a synonymous rising portion (2c) is formed in a portion near the ridge. A rising plate (3) is formed that stands up from the ridge-side end of the mounting plate (2) via the engagement protrusion (3a) that protrudes toward the ridge side, and the height of the rising plate (3) is as shown in Figure 2. As shown in Figure 3, the dimensions are set to be equal to or greater than the thickness of the base material (4). A ridge-side base material support step (5) is bent toward the eaves at a nearly right angle from the upper end of the rising board (3), and a portion of this step (5) is bent parallel to the eave-side base material support portion (2d). They are arranged so that they line up in the direction of the eaves. A receiving plate (6) stands up from the eave side end of the stepped portion (5), and the height of the receiving plate (8) is equal to the base material (
The thickness is set to be equal to or more than (preferably almost the same as) the thickness of the receiving plate (6).The receiving plate (6) is slightly inclined so as to fall toward the eaves. The upper end of the receiving plate (6) The locking plate (7) is bent at a substantially right angle to the eave side and is folded back, and the locking plate (7) is formed parallel to the eave side base material support portion (2d).Latching plate (7) ) is provided with an end plate part (7a) by bending the end of the eave 111 downward at a right angle from a position slightly on the ridge side from the inclined rising part (2c), and a right angle from the lower end of the end plate part (7a) to the ridge side. A bent part (7b) is formed,
The height of the bent part (7b) is arranged to be at least the same as the height of the stepped part (5).
From l@, the hook is formed with the part (7c) standing up at a right angle. Next, the use of the hanger of the embodiment configured as described above will be explained. In Figures 2 and 3, (8) is a main building made of C-shaped steel, and on top of the main building (8) are metal rafters (

They are engaged and connected, and are divided sequentially from the ridge side to the eave side, and as a result, the eave side base material (4') is supported by hangers at two locations, one on the ridge side and the other on the eave side. Even if the thickness in the eave ridge direction is the same, it can be laid between the roof plate and the rafters parallel to the face plate part between the ridge side nine eave side engaging parts of the roof plate. As shown in Figures 4 and 5, due to changes in the thickness of the base materials (4) and (4') on the 1st building side and 9th eave side,
By changing the height of the receiving plate (6) and rising plate (3),
This can be easily dealt with, and it is also possible to adjust the level difference at the joint between the two roof panels on the ridge side. In this embodiment described above, a rising part (12'c) for draining is provided on the ridge side engaging part (12') of the roof board (10'), and from the upper end of this rising part (12'c) to the ridge side. The joint part (12'd) is bent to form a rising part (12'c) at this joint part (12'd), and the eave side of the roof board (lO) to which the joint part (12'd) joins is formed. Since the bent portion (1l b) of the engaging portion (11) is also provided with a rising portion (llc), the engaging portions (, 11), (1
2') prevents rainwater from penetrating. Further, in this embodiment, the base materials (4) and (4') have the same thickness in the direction of the eaves, and the base material (4). (4') need only have the same thickness. Cheap base material (4), (4') to metal rafters (8)
and between the roof panels (10) and (10'). The hanger according to the present invention is not necessarily limited to the embodiments described above, and the following modifications are possible. As shown in FIG. 6, by increasing the length, it can be used by being installed on a plurality of support members such as rafters. As shown in Figures 7 and 8, a retaining hole (3b) is provided in the rising plate (3), and the cut-and-raised claw (9b) of the rafter (9) is engaged to secure the ridge side end. It may be fixed to the top plate (9C) of the rafter (9); in this case, the rising plate (3)
There shall be no engaging protrusion that protrudes toward the ridge side. 9th
As shown in the figure, the length of the ridge side support stepped part (5) can be increased, or as shown in Figure 10, the end plate part (7a
Depending on the shape of the retaining part of the roof board, it is also possible to make the hook for the eave side roof board also serve as a part, and eliminate the part for the bent part and the catch that rises from it. In addition. In FIGS. 4 to 10, the same reference numerals as in FIGS. 751 to 3 indicate corresponding parts. Although not shown, the hanger of the present invention is attached to the eaves a of the mounting plate.
The part may be fixed to the support member with screws. Furthermore, the order of work when roofing shingles using the hanger according to the present invention is not necessarily limited to the order of the above-described embodiments, and can be changed as appropriate, and the roof shingles, especially the shapes of the engaging portions, may be varied in various ways. It can be changed to something. [Effects of the Invention] As explained above, if the hanger of the present invention is used, an eave side base material support part is formed on the mounting plate that is supported and fixed to the support member, and the base material is removed from the ridge side leakage of the mounting plate. 1. Raise the roots at a height higher than the thickness of the material, and 1: ridge side FJt from the end to the eave side of the standing board! Since the material supporting membrane support step part is made, by supporting the ridge side 9 houses a-F base material respectively on this ridge side base material support part and the eave side base material support part of the mounting plate, the ridge side 9 houses a-F base material is supported. By arranging the side end portions of the side base materials so as to overlap in the direction of the eave ridge, and by aligning both base materials with the slope of the roof board on the ridge side and one eave side with almost no gaps, The heat insulation and sound insulation properties of the seat board can be improved, and the ridge side base material comes into contact with the receiving board rising from the eave a end of the support step,
By bringing the eaves side base material into contact with the rising plate, it is possible to easily position both base materials, and the effect that these positionings can be performed with good workability is obtained. The above is a description of the embodiments of the present invention] 5) However, it is clear from the above description that the above objects of the present invention are effectively achieved. In addition, changes may be made to the structure described above without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention, so the above description or all of the above examples are examples of cars, and should not be construed in any limiting sense. Shouldn't. The claims are intended to embrace every feature of the invention and every item of the scope of the invention which may be omitted as a matter of language.
