板、10は周波数選択板、11は一次放射器、1
2は送受切替器、13は受信機、14は信号処理
器、15は光波用検出器、16は増幅器、17は
信号処理器、18は送信機である。なお、図中同
一あるいは相当部分には同一符号を付して示して
ある。
