室内の湿つた空気を取出して除湿と冷却を個々に
又は同時に行なう第５の手段と、該第５の手段に
より除湿と冷却された空気を適当な温度まで暖め
て前記被制御室内に戻す第６の手段と、前記第２
の手段の出力電圧および前記第４の手段の出力電
圧に応じて、前記第５の手段および第６の手段を
同時にまたは個々に制御する第７の手段と、を備
