減衰させるフイルタと、上記速度検出器の出力信
号と上記フイルタの出力信号との差を取出す差動
アンプと、上記差動アンプの出力を一定の直流バ
イアス値と比較するコンパレータを備え、上記コ
ンパレータの出力によつて速度検出器の断線を検
出することを特徴とする速度検出器の断線検出回
