Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 真空器と該容器の開孔部と、その開孔に対し
て直角方向から摺動するパツキンを有した弁体と
弁体を摺動させるシリンダーと、前記弁体を、開
孔部へ押し付けるローラとからなる真空バルブに
おいて、前記弁体のパツキン面の摺動方向に、少
なくともパツキン外径より大きな切り欠きと、外
側にパツキン面と、平行または同一の平面の突起
部を有した弁体を具備したことを特徴とする真空
バルブ。 ２ 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項において、弁
体ガスケツト面の両側に、ガスケツトの締代より
少ない突起部を設けたことを特徴とする真空バル
ブ。
