This is a device that places items on a belt and transports them continuously, and if the belt surface is not constantly cleaned, there is a risk of damaging the items being transported, so this is an important matter that requires careful attention. In particular, if cut scraps of metal plates or the like with oil attached are left on the belt, various problems arise.

However, according to the present technology, it is impossible to avoid the return of oily metals, non-ferrous metals, etc., in particular, on the belt surface, which is a major problem. In addition, conventional methods have been to simply use a cleaning brush, but this is extremely inefficient and, like using a breaker,
Regarding the removal of oil and the like, there is a drawback that almost no cleaning effect can be expected. Alternatively, there is a method of temporarily stopping the belt conveyor and wiping the dirty area with a cloth, but this is time consuming and the cost and time losses associated with stopping the conveyor are significant.

ある。 Furthermore, it is easy to understand that recently, when certain metal plates are cut and transported on a conveyor belt, cut scraps with fine oil adhering to them are inevitably produced, which can cause damage to the items being transported one after another. Because of this, a technology is provided in which a cleaning brush and an oil removal roll are combined into one belt cleaner. However, according to this technology, there are problems in the treatment of dust and cutting debris treated with the cleaning brush, problems in the treatment of oil absorbed by the oil removal roll, and further problems in the treatment of the belt body in the belt conveyor. As for the problem of slack that naturally occurs, there are some drawbacks, and there are many unresolved issues in actual belt operation.

A single industrial belt cleaning device can completely clean the belt surface, which can be cleaned in various ways depending on the presence or absence of oil, moisture, etc., and also solves the drawbacks and problems of the various conventional technologies mentioned above. This is an attempt to correct all of the above. The gist of the present invention having such characteristics is that a brush roll connected to a motor by a chain is slidably fixed at a position where it contacts the belt surface, and a rubber is attached to the bottom of the brush roll. A storage section is installed, and an oil squeezing roll that can be adjusted vertically as needed can be brought into contact with the belt surface, while a rotating handle is provided at the end of the oil squeezing roll and connected to the oil squeezing roll. This industrial belt cleaning device is characterized in that a handle for sliding in the vertical direction is provided, and at the same time, a tank having a roll at the top is installed below the oil squeezing roll.

The material of the brush used for this brush roll 2 is usually nylon, but it may also be made of other materials such as polypropylene, and a large number of bristles are implanted around the periphery of the shaft. Such a brush roll 2 rotates continuously by rotating a motor 1 connected by a chain or the like, and cleans the belt surface, and furthermore, prevents the accumulation of powder and granules of conveyed materials attached to the belt surface. Functions to remove dust, etc. A dust storage section 3 is installed below the brush roll 2 to collect and store dust and the like on the belt surface generated as a result of rotation and cleaning of the brush roll 2. When the dust storage section 3 is configured in a drawer shape, it is very effective for easily disposing of a certain amount of collected dust.

The oil squeezing roll 4 is a roll whose purpose is to completely adsorb and adhere oil, moisture, etc. on the belt. When conveying articles with oil and moisture on a belt, the brush roll 2 alone is not sufficient to clean the belt, and the oil squeezing roll 4 must be used in combination. In other words, the oil squeezing roll 4 is characterized in that it is used only when necessary depending on the type of article to be transported on the belt. An oil squeeze roll 4 which can be adjusted in the vertical direction can be brought into contact with the belt surface, and a rotation handle 5 is provided at the longitudinal end of the oil squeeze roll 4. 9 is an adjustment screw. A handle 6 connected to the oil squeezing roll 4 and sliding in the vertical direction is provided, and by lowering the handle 6, a jar opening 10 for discharging oil and moisture etc. is provided on the side surface, and a handle 6 is provided in the upper part. is brought into pressure contact with the surface of the roll 7 of the tank 8 having the roll 7. By rotating the rotating handle 5 attached to the side of the oil squeezing roll 4, it is possible to easily squeeze out oil, etc. attached to or adsorbed on the surface of the oil squeezing roll 4 into the tank 8. Become.

ある。 As a result of the above configuration, the present invention is equipped with a brush roll and an oil squeezing roll in one device of the present invention, and is capable of cleaning not only dirt, etc. generated from articles being transported on a belt conveyor, but also oil, moisture, etc. At the same time, it absorbs and makes complete cleaning possible.
Since a dust storage section and a tank are installed under each of the brush roll and oil squeeze roll, the post-cleaning treatment effect can be completely achieved, and the above-mentioned problems of the present invention are fully satisfied.
