もに適宜の上下動機構に連動して洗浄槽内を上下
動する洗浄台に、被洗浄物から脱落した汚物を吸
入する吸入口を設け、この吸入口を、循環ポンプ
を介して濾過器に接続するとともに洗浄台とは被
洗浄物の載置間隔を介した上部に、濾過器で濾過
した洗浄液の排出口を位置し、この濾過器および
循環ポンプを上下動機構にて洗浄台と一体に上下
動可能としたことを特徴とする洗浄装置。 (2) 上下動機構は、洗浄槽の外側面上下方向に
位置するシリンダーのピストンロツドに、洗浄槽
内にシリンダーと平行に挿入した連結体を、上端
の連結台を介して固定し、この連結体に洗浄台を
固定する事により形成したもので有ることを特徴

装置。 (3) 濾過器と循環ポンプは、ピストンロツドと
