Claims (1)
- 互いに離間した多数のチユーブ１を内装して筒
状に形成されたシエル２と、前記夫々のチユーブ
１の端が貫通して固定されるチユーブプレート３
とを有し、該チユーブプレート３の周縁と前記シ
エル２の端縁との間に介装されて両者がろう付け
固定される介装部材において、全体が比較的厚肉
のリング状に形成されると共に、一端面にタンク
被嵌用の複数のボルト孔４が設けられた介装部材
本体５と、該本体５の一方の端面で且つ前記ボル
ト孔４より内側に形成したチユーブプレート嵌着
用の溝部６と、該本体５の他方の端面に形成した
シエル嵌着部７と、を具備し、前記チユーブプレ
ート３の全周縁にその軸線方向に折り曲げ形成し
た嵌入用縁部８が前記溝部６に嵌入してろう付け
固定される共に、前記嵌着部７に前記シエル２の
端部が嵌着して固定されるように構成したことを
特徴とする熱交換器のろう付け用介装部材。
