製の補助基準金、6〜10は治具の受け金で、樹
脂材からなる。また、11は心金、12は金属製
の加工基準部材、13,14はクランプ当金、1
5は心金、16はフライスカツタで、前記ワーク
1は、予めワーク1の受け面を母型として樹脂型
を取つた治具の受け金6〜10へ取り付けられる

りを補強する目的で設けられた治具の受け金6、
8、10を備えた構成となつている。さらに、前
記加工基準部材12と治具の受け金6,8,10
だけでは、ワーク1の補強が不十分で、ビビリが
起きるため、ワーク1を支持し、該ワーク1を補
強するための治具の受け金7,9が設けられてい
る。これら治具の受け金6〜10は樹脂型であ
り、樹脂の硬度を低くしたものを用いている。ま
た、治具は、前記3ケ所の加工基準部材12と治
具の受け金6〜10の他に、ワーク1の形状から
ワーク中央部のボス1aが、3ケ所の加工基準部
材12と治具の受け金6〜10より隔離された位
置でフライス加工されるので、ワーク中央部のボ
ス1aの下側にも補助基準金5を設け、加工基準
部材12の補助としてワークを支持する役目を果
している。この補助基準金5は、他の治具の受け
金6〜10の樹脂と比較して樹脂の硬度を高めに
