ものである。 In addition, the inclination direction of the inclined rod 30 and the cylinder 3
The mounting positions of 2, 33, 34, 35, and 36 are alternated on each stage so that the direction of rotation of the receiving plate 28 can be changed, thereby preventing the falling tea leaves from being biased to one side. . 38 is a belt conveyor installed horizontally at the bottom of the machine frame 1. During normal operation, a belt conveyor 4 supplies tea leaves to a steamer 39 connected to one end of this belt conveyor.
Transport the tea leaves in the direction of 0. 41 is a vertical bucket conveyor installed on the side of the machine frame 1, and the tea leaf receiving port 42 provided at the bottom is a belt conveyor 38.
A tea leaf supply port 43 opened downward at one end and provided at the upper end faces the upper end of one side of the belt conveyor 2. Reference numeral 44 designates a supply tea leaf conditioning device provided in front of the tea leaf supply port 43, and 45 designates a belt conveyor for transporting raw tea leaves to the lower receiving port 42 of the vertical bucket conveyor 41. In some cases, the vertical bucket conveyor 41 is not used, and the conveyor belt 45 is installed at an angle to directly supply tea leaves onto one end of the chain conveyor 2. It would be good if the tea leaves could be fed onto the chain conveyor 2. 46 is tea leaf supply port 4
When a certain amount of tea leaves on the chain conveyor 2 is exceeded and the light beam of the phototube switch 46 is blocked by a phototube switch installed in the machine frame 1 between the tea leaves 3 and the acclimatization device 44, the conveyor belt conveyor 45 and the vertical bucket conveyor are switched off. 41 is stopped and the supply of tea leaves is limited. 47 is a phototube switch installed at the lower end of the chain conveyor 2, and when the tea leaves on the receiving plate 7 reach this switch and block the light beam, and the light beam from the phototube switch 48 (described later) is not blocked, that is, when the tea leaves on the receiving plate 7 reach the phototube switch 47, When there are no tea leaves on the plate 28, the conveyor stops and the cylinder 18
The piston rod 19 protrudes, and as a result, the receiving plate 7 becomes approximately vertical as described above, causing the tea leaves to fall onto the receiving plate 28 of the leaf beating device 23 below. Numeral 48 is a phototube switch which projects upward from the receiving plate 28 of the leaf beating device 23 and is attached to the machine frame 1. As mentioned above, the tea leaves falling from the chain conveyor 2 onto the receiving plate 28 block this light beam, and the phototube switch 49 If the light beam is not blocked, that is, if there are no tea leaves on the receiving plate 28 of the leaf beating device 24, the piston rod 37 of the cylinder 32 moves back and moves the tea leaf onto the receiving plate 28 as described above.
is rotated 90 degrees to become vertical, and the tea leaves fall onto the receiving plate 28 of the leaf beating device 24 below. 49,5
0 and 51 are leaf beating devices 24 and 25, respectively, as described above.
The phototube switch 48 is mounted on the machine frame 1 by projecting upward from the receiving plate 28 of 26.
Under similar conditions, cylinders 33 and 3, respectively.
The piston rods 37 of 4 and 35 are moved back. 5
2 is a phototube switch which is attached to the machine frame 1 and protrudes upward from the receiving plate 28 of the leaf beating device 27 as described above. As will be described later, the tea leaves falling on the receiving plate 28 block this light beam and the belt conveyor below. When the light beams of the phototubes 53, 53 protruding near both ends of the cylinder 38 are not blocked by tea leaves, that is, when there are no tea leaves on the belt conveyor 38, the piston rod 37 of the cylinder 36 moves back. Reference numerals 53 and 53 refer to phototubes protruding from the upper surface of the conveyor near both ends of the belt conveyor 38. Only when the tea leaves block the light rays of the phototubes and the steamer 39 is in a state in which it can receive tea leaves, the light is transmitted to the belt conveyor 38 and the steamer. The tea leaf supply belt conveyor 40 is activated. (The detection switch of the steam machine is not shown in the drawing.) A vibrating conveyor may be used instead of the belt conveyor 38, and the supply belt conveyor 40 may also be installed using an auxiliary belt conveyor (not shown). The belt conveyor 38, the belt conveyor 40 for supplying tea leaves to the steam, the belt conveyor 45 for carrying in, and the vertical bucket conveyor can be easily installed by combining them as appropriate. It is used according to the installation conditions of the equipment in the factory.

るものである。 Since the present invention is constructed as described above, now, while operating each part of this device, raw tea leaves are fed into the lower receiving port 42 of the vertical bucket conveyor 41 by the belt conveyor 45 carried into the factory. When raw tea leaves are fed onto one end of the chain conveyor 2 from the tea leaf supply port 43 provided at the upper end of the tea leaf 41, the raw tea leaves are moved in the direction of movement of the chain conveyor 2 and are kept at a certain height from the receiving plate 7 by the taming device 44. When the receiving plate 7 becomes vertical on the side of the sprocket 5 on the traveling direction side where the upper feed rail 13 of the roller 10 is inclined, the lower receiving plate 7 moving in the opposite direction The chain conveyor 2 stops when the first raw tea leaves falling sequentially onto the plate 7 reaches the position of the phototube switch 47 and blocks the light beam, and at this time, if the light beam of the phototube switch 48 is not blocked, that is, the leaf beating device 23 If there are no fresh tea leaves on the receiving plate 28 of the leaf beating device 23, the piston rods 19 of the cylinders 18, 18 will protrude and the receiving plate 7 will be in a substantially vertical position, so that the raw tea leaves will fall onto the receiving plate 28 of the leaf beating device 23 and move further. As a result, the light beam of the light pipe 48 is blocked by the tea leaves, and if there are no tea leaves on the receiving plate 28 of this lower beating device 24, that is, if there are no tea leaves on the receiving plate 28 of the beating device 24, the cylinder 32 piston rod 3
7 retreats and the receiving plate 28 rotates to become vertically oriented, so the tea leaves fall onto the receiving plate 28 of the leaf beating device 24 below, and then fall and move downward under the control of the photoelectric tubes arranged in each sequentially. If the steamer 39 is in a state where it can receive tea leaves when the tea leaves fall onto the belt conveyor 38, the belt conveyor 38 and the supply belt conveyor 40 operate to supply raw tea leaves to the steamer 39. This device can eliminate the stuffiness of overlapping raw tea leaves while dissipating heat as they fall and move sequentially from the chain conveyor 2 at the top to the belt conveyor 38 at the bottom.
When raw tea leaves are loaded on all of the chain conveyors 25, 26, 27 and the chain conveyor 2, the raw tea leaves are transported to the steamer 39 while falling downward at regular intervals, depending on the processing capacity of the steamer 39. Tea leaves can be easily managed. Further, as described above, raw tea leaves can normally be stored under automatic control, but this device can also easily store tea leaves by type. In other words, for example, leaf beating devices 2 at each of the upper and lower stages of the chain conveyor 2, and at multiple stages.
3, 24, 25, 26, 27 and the belt conveyor 38, when different types of raw tea leaves are loaded in one row, the steamer 39 is manually supplied with only the desired type of raw tea leaves, and the raw tea leaves of the different type are supplied to the steamer 39 by manual operation. is dropped onto the belt conveyor 38 and then transferred to the belt conveyor 3.
8 is reversed to supply the raw tea leaves to the receiving port 42 of the vertical bucket conveyor 41 and return them again onto one end of the chain conveyor 2, thereby supplying only the same type of raw tea leaves to the steamer 39 for tea production. This is something that can be done.

界に大きな貢献をなし得るものである。 As described above, the present invention relates to a chain conveyor from an upper receiving plate to a lower receiving plate, from this lower receiving plate to a leaf beating device, further from this leaf beating device to a leaf beating device below it, and furthermore a leaf beating device below it. The raw tea leaves are allowed to fall one after another until they reach the belt conveyor at the bottom, and as they fall, heat is radiated to eliminate the stuffiness of the stacked raw tea leaves, and they can be sequentially supplied to the steamer. Unlike conventional methods, which used forced cooling by blowing cooling air to prevent the raw tea leaves from becoming stuffy, there is no risk of losing the aroma, and the operator does not have to step into the raw tea leaves as in the past. In addition to being able to store raw tea leaves in a hygienic manner, this device is shaped like a shelf to make effective use of space, making it possible to store a large amount of raw tea leaves, while also making it easier to arrange each tea machine in the factory. This industry is popular as a storage device for raw tea leaves because it is done rationally and has many features such as being able to store different types of raw tea leaves in each stage and supplying only the same type of raw tea leaves to the steamer. It can make a major contribution to the
