部を有する回動操作体と、この回動操作体に貫通
形成された係止孔に摺動自在に挿通された押動操
作体と、前記把手本体に設けらればねにより前記
回動操作体に向けて付勢されこの回動操作体が前
記所定回動位置まで回動された際にその係止孔に
挿入されて回動操作体を同位置に保持するととも
に前記押動操作体に押圧されることにより前記係
止孔から抜脱される可動係止体とを備えたことを
