Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 複写機本体の内部にシリンダを配置し、該シ
リンダの内部に駆動手段を介してシリンダ軸芯方
向に往復移動自在のピストンを設けると共に、排
気停止の状態と排気可能の状態とに切換え自在で
且つ排気可能状態においてシリンダ室内の空気を
露光ランプ近傍に向けて排出する複数個の排気手
段を、前記露光ランプの移動方向に所定間隔を隔
てて前記シリンダ室に連通連設し、かつ、露光工
程において前記露光ランプ近くの排気手段を順次
強制的に排気状態に切り換える状態切換え手段を
設けてあることを特徴とする複写機の露光用光学
系における冷却装置。 前記駆動手段を露光装置の往復移動部材で兼
用構成してある実用新案登録請求の範囲第項に
記載の複写機の露光用光学系における冷却装置。
