- 駆動用空圧シリンダユニツトと、該駆動用空圧
シリンダユニツトに装着されるスライド装置と、
前記駆動用空圧シリンダユニツトのピストンロツ
ドと該スライド装置の可動軸を固着する移動部材
と、該移動部材に装着される吸着手段とから成る
ことを特徴とする搬送装置。
