Claims (1)
- 車室内の前方に車幅方向に配設されて両端部が
同車室内の前方の両側に床部とルーフ部とを連結
して配設される車体強度部材であるフロントピラ
ーに固着されるとともに操向用ハンドルのシヤフ
トを回転自在に保持するクロスメンバ、同クロス
メンバと床部中央部に突設されたバツクボーンと
を連結してほぼ垂直に配設される柱部材、上記ク
ロスメンバと上記柱部材と上記フロントピラーと
に固着されて前席乗員のひざ部前方に上記車室内
に向つて突設されるとともに車体衝突時に上記前
席乗員のひざ部が当接して変形しうるエネルギ吸
収部材を備えたことを特徴とする乗員保護車体構
造。
