A housing unit is a box-shaped or similar shape with a certain size that can be transported, and the housing is divided into parts and assembled in a factory. It is then joined to form a house. These housing unit construction methods are excellent in that they improve the degree of completion of housing assembly in factories, resulting in stable quality and shortened construction times.

When installing tiles on the walls of this housing unit,
Normally, tiles are attached directly to the wall surface using mortar, cement paste, etc., but when housing units with tiles already attached at the factory are transported to the construction site and assembled, vibrations during transportation and lifting for assembly may occur. As the housing unit vibrates or bends due to vibrations, etc., there is a problem that the tiles cannot withstand the vibrations and fall off the wall surface. It had not been put into practical use. Therefore, when constructing a tiled house, a time-consuming and complicated tiling work is carried out at the construction site, and the quality of the tiling work varies depending on the skill level of the workers.

In view of the above-mentioned points, it is an object of the present invention to provide a housing unit in which the tiles do not come off even due to vibrations during transportation. A plurality of tiles are pasted through a flexible member, and the elastic member has a shear strain of 0.08 or more at its elastic limit and a shear stress of 0.05Kg/cm 2 or more, and the tile The housing unit is characterized in that notched strips are provided on the periphery of the surface of the tiles, and the tiles are pasted by narrowing the joint width without filling the joints between adjacent tiles.

In the figure, 1 is a housing unit. The housing unit 1 is factory-produced in a box-like shape or a box-like shape, and has a frame-like frame made of, for example, steel beams and columns assembled into a rigid frame structure, and is strong enough to be transported.

As the elastic member 3, deformation of the housing unit,
It is made of a material with elasticity that can follow vibrations, and has a shear strain of 0.08 or more at its elastic limit and a shear stress of 0.05Kg/cm 2
That's all there is to it. If the shear strain at the elastic limit is too small, it will not be possible to follow the deformation and vibration of the housing unit 1, and if the shear stress is too small, the tiles 4 will not exhibit sufficient holding strength. Suitable materials for the elastic member 3 include, for example, a rubber sheet such as butyl rubber, a soft synthetic resin sheet such as soft vinyl chloride, a flexible synthetic resin foam sheet, an asphalt sheet, or a thiocol epoxy adhesive; Examples include adhesives having elasticity such as urethane adhesives and acrylic adhesives, and butyl rubber sheets are particularly preferred because they have excellent waterproof properties.
Note that a reinforcing material such as a wire mesh or a fiber net may be embedded inside the elastic member 3 or may be laminated on the surface thereof.

For attaching the elastic member 3 to the wall surface 2 and bonding the elastic member 3 and the tiles 4, if an adhesive-type elastic member 3 is used, it is sufficient to attach the elastic member 3 as is. When used, adhesives 5 and 6 may be used separately as shown in FIG. The adhesives 5 and 6 may be any adhesive as long as it has adhesive strength and durability; for example, reactive adhesives such as epoxy adhesives, urethane adhesives, chloroprene rubber adhesives, etc. can be suitably used. .

To manufacture the housing unit 1 of the present invention, first attach the wall surface 2 to the housing unit 1, apply the elastic member 3 to the wall surface 2 with an adhesive 5, and apply the adhesive 6 onto the elastic member 3. There is a method of pasting the tiles 4, 4..., or by first pasting the tiles 4, 4... on the board material that will become the wall surface 2 via the elastic member 3 in the same way as above, and then attaching the wall panel on which the tiles 4 have been pasted. Although it is possible to adopt a method such as attaching this panel to the housing unit 1 after manufacturing it, the latter method is especially easy to tile and has an independent shape and strength as a wall panel, so it can be easily attached to the frame. It is preferable that vibrations, deformation, etc. applied to the housing unit 1 are buffered at the panel stage, and the impact on the tiles 4 is reduced.

In the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the joint width between adjacent tiles is not filled, but the joint width is made as narrow as possible, preferably 2 mm or less,
The notch strips 41 are provided on the surface periphery of the tile 4 so as to form a cut surface 411 or a cut surface 412 or the like. By not filling the joints between the tiles 4 and 4 in this way, the complicated work of filling the joints can be omitted.
The tiling process becomes extremely simple, and the transmission of vibrations to the housing unit 1 is also reduced by using the tile 4.
Moreover, since the joints between the tiles 4 and 4 are narrowed, the joints will not be clogged with dirt. Furthermore, as mentioned above, since the cutout stripes 41 are provided on the periphery of the tiles 4, when the tiles 4, 4, etc. are pasted, the cutout stripes 41 can give an appearance as if there are joints. It is.

The housing unit 1 is equipped with necessary interior decoration or various equipment depending on which part of the housing it is composed of, so that the degree of assembly completed at the factory is as high as possible. Further, the housing unit 1 may be of any type, such as one having the above-mentioned frame-like frame, one without a frame and assembled with load-bearing walls, or a box-shaped one made of concrete.

Since the housing unit of the present invention is constructed as described above, it is possible to create an appearance as if there are joints between the tiles by means of the cutout strips without having to fill the joints, and the width of the joints can be reduced. Because they are narrow, the joints are not clogged with debris, and the complicated work of filling the joints can be omitted, making the tiling process very simple. It is difficult for such vibrations to be transmitted, and furthermore, when transporting and assembling housing units from the factory to the construction site,
Even if vibration or deformation occurs in the housing unit, the elastic member absorbs and buffers this vibration, preventing the tiles from falling off.

Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to produce housing units with tiles on the walls in a factory, and it is possible to produce a tiled housing unit with stable quality, short construction period, and low cost with a high-class feel. It is possible.
