Claims (1)
てホイールハブを接続し、ホイールハブ内周部よ
り減速機と反対方向にボス筒を突出させ、ホイー
ルハブを支承しているアクスルパイプにボス筒を
囲むブレーキケースを取付け、ホイールハブボス
筒に取付けたブレーキデイスクとブレーキケース
に取付けたプレート及びバツクプレートと、ブレ
ーキケースに内蔵の油圧ピストンにより湿式ブレ
ーキを形成し、ホイールハブとブレーキケースの
間にフローテイングシールを介装し、ブレーキデ
イスクの内周部にオイル導入孔を設け、ブレーキ
デイスクの摩擦材にオイル導入孔内のオイルを遠
心力により外周部へ送る溝を設け、ブレーキデイ
スク外周部の加圧オイルをフローテイングシール
室に導く溝をバツクプレートとブレーキケース間
に設けたものにおいて、フローテイングシール室
とブレーキデイスク内周部を遮へいすると共にフ
ローテイングシール室と減速機室をつなぐ排出油
路と、減速機室とブレーキデイスクの内周部をつ
なぐ戻し油路を設けて、オイルが湿式ブレーキ室
と減速機室を循環するようにし、さらに排出油路
中のオイルのフローテイングシール室から減速機
室への流通を強制促進するホンプ部を設けたこと
を特徴とする湿式ブレーキ冷却機構。 (2) 前記ポンプ部が排出油路の出口に形成され
