Conventionally, the installation of decorative wall panels attached to walls in subway stations, etc., has generally been carried out using a lift equipped with a boom, wires, etc. as shown in Figure 3, since the wall panels themselves are relatively large and heavy. This is done by using heavy machinery. In the figure, 50 is the platform, 51 is the track, 52 is the wall, and 53
is the ceiling and shows part of the subway station premises.
Reference numeral 54 designates a lifting machine, which is schematically shown, and is equipped with a boom 55, and a hanging tool 56 is suspended from the tip of the boom 55 by connecting a wire 58.
Then, by operating the boom 55 or wire 58, the wall panel 57a suspended from the hanging tool 56 is moved to the wall to which it is to be attached, and the panel is attached.

First, the wall panel covers almost the entire top and bottom of the wall to which it is attached, and for this reason, there is a gap H 1 between the upper end of the attached wall panel 57b and the ceiling 53.
The hanging distance between the upper end of the wall panel 57a hung on the lifting machine 54 and the top end of the boom 55 of the lifting machine
Can be used when H is greater than 2 , but above
If H 1 is smaller than H 2 above, it cannot be used. The above-mentioned H 1 inside a subway station is approximately several tens of centimeters, and it is usually impossible to use such a lifting machine, or even if it can be used, the work is often difficult.

Second, when using such a lifting machine, there is only one fulcrum from which the wall panel is suspended, and therefore, if the wall panel is moved while being suspended from the boom 55, the wall panel 57a will become a pendulum and swing, which is dangerous. The work efficiency is also extremely poor.

First, the structure of the panel holding frame 11 is such that the turret part 1 is erected in a turret shape and has a height necessary for hanging the wall panel 2 from the fork member 7 provided at the upper end.
3 and a movable part 12. As is clear from FIG. 1, the outer side surface of the turret portion 13 is formed into a right-angled triangular shape in consideration of safety, strength, and the like. or,
As is clear from FIG. 2, the turret part 13 has a rectangular front shape and is configured as a frame body with an open top.For example, a groove is formed inside the pillar body 13a constituting the vertical part, so that the movable part 12 can be moved up and down. They are fitted together so that they can slide in the direction. As is clear from FIG. 2, this movable portion 12 is also constructed as a rectangular frame. The lower part of the movable part 12 is equipped with a vertical adjustment jack 14a constituting a vertical movement means 14, and the movable part 12 is configured to be able to be vertically displaced by operating an adjustment handle 14b, for example. Reference numeral 17 denotes a panel shake prevention mechanism when the panel 2 is hung, and for example, holds the panel with a holding member and holds the other end on the panel holding frame 11 side. This panel shake prevention mechanism 17 holds the wall panel, but is configured so that the panel can slide, for example, in the left-right direction (front and back directions in FIG. 1) or in the up-and-down direction, and also adjusts the vertical state of the wall panel as necessary. Equipped with a mechanism. In addition, in the parts indicated by two-dot chain lines, 15 indicates a workbench, 16 indicates a ladder, and 16a indicates a step stool.

On the other hand, fork members 7, 7 are provided at the upper end of the movable part 12 in a horizontal direction, that is, in a direction perpendicular to the movable part 12. In the embodiment, the fork members 7, 7 are provided at two locations on both sides (see FIG. 2), but it is of course possible to provide them at one location, but from the viewpoint of preventing panel shaking, it is preferable to provide them at two or more locations. Furthermore, a wall panel fixture 8 is provided at the tip of the fork member that protrudes forward (to the left in FIG. 1). This mounting tool 8 is implemented, for example, by drilling a hole in the tip of the fork member 7 and screwing a bolt 9b through the hole into an anchor nut 9a embedded in the wall panel in advance. In addition, the fork member 7,
7 and the movable part 12 are separate bodies, and both are configured to be movable (slidable) in the left-right direction (front and back directions in Figure 1), and can be displaced, for example, by operating the handle 10b. 10a is provided to constitute means for moving the fork member in the left and right direction.

On the other hand, 18 is a main body, which has a function of supporting the panel holding frame 11. Specifically, as is clear from FIG. 2, the U-shaped rails 20, 36
The rollers 21, 22, 35, etc. for movement provided on the support base 25 are fitted into the grooves so as to be slidable within the rails 20, 36. 24
a is a moving device provided at the front end of the main body 18;
For example, it has a winding means such as a motor inside, and by winding up the wire rod 24b fixed to one end of the support base 25, the panel holding frame 11 itself can be moved forward in the front-rear direction (left-right direction in FIG. 1). (The rear part is manual). 19 and 37 are panel mounting stands. Moreover, running wheels 30, 31, 34, etc. are provided at the bottom of the main body 18, and the main body 18 is configured to be able to run along the track 4, and is equipped with a motor 32 for running. Reference numeral 29 denotes a guide rail laid on the track 4, and the rail is formed into an inverted T-shape in cross section and is configured to be held between two sets of guide rollers 27 and 28 provided on the main body 18 side. As described above, the traveling wheels 30, 31, 34 and the guide rollers 27, 28 constitute a traveling means that moves in the surface direction of the wall panel 2. Although the bottom of the main body 18 can be configured as desired, this embodiment adopts such a configuration because the present example is based on a subway using rubber tires. Further, 33 is an outrigger for fixing the construction machine 1.

The above is the configuration of the wall panel construction machine 1 according to the present invention. Note that each part is merely an example, and it goes without saying that it can be replaced with other known means. In particular, the moving means 10 that can be displaced in the left-right direction, the moving means 14 in the vertical direction, and the moving means 23 in the front-back direction can be automatically or manually operated, and various known techniques can be used, including direct operation or indirect operation. It is only necessary that the fork member 7 is configured to be capable of moving in the left-right, up-down, and front-back directions with respect to the main body 18, that is, to be capable of three-dimensional movement. Also, other configurations of the fixture 8 for hanging the wall panel 2 may be used without departing from the scope of the present invention.

The panel mounting tables 19, 37 are rotated 180 degrees (90 degrees if necessary) from the state shown in the figure.
The mural panel 2a is placed on top using, for example, another lifting machine as shown in FIG. Next, the movable member 12 is lowered and a wall panel is attached to the tip of the fork member 7 using the fixture 8. Furthermore, the panel vibration prevention mechanism 17 is also set at the same time.

Next, the movable part 12 is raised to a predetermined position, and the panel holding frame 11 is rotated 180 degrees. This state is the state shown in FIG. Then, the main body 18 is moved along the track 4 to a predetermined location where it is to be attached, and is fixed using the outriggers 33, and the panel holding frame 11 is advanced to the location where it is to be attached, that is, the wall panel 2b shown by the imaginary line. Move it to the position. Finally, the wall panel may be attached to the wall and detached from the fixture 8 by finely adjusting the left/right, up/down, front/back, and even angle using the left/right moving means 10 or the like.

As described above, if the wall panel construction machine according to the present invention is used, the hanging allowance of the wall panel construction machine is extremely small even when the gap between the top of the panel and the ceiling of the premises is small, such as on the wall of a subway station premises. Wall panels can be easily attached and can be used practically anywhere. Moreover, unlike conventional lifting machines that suspend from a single point, such as a wire, it does not cause shaking, greatly improving safety, and allows for quick and accurate fine adjustment of vertical, horizontal, longitudinal, and angular positions. Efficiency can also be improved. Furthermore, since the panel holding frame is vertically installed, it has various practical features such as being able to hang relatively heavy objects.
