The portions are installed on the upper frame members 50, 51 of the peripheral frame support frame portion 41. The bathtub 6 is fitted into the bathtub fitting opening 33 of the surrounding frame 5 from above, and the outer flange 37 of the bathtub 6 is inserted into the bathtub fitting opening 3.
If necessary, a sealing material may be interposed between the outer flange 37 having a downward rib 38 at the outer end and the upper protruding edge 34. By the way, among the above-mentioned members, the floor pan 1, waist wall 3, apron 4, peripheral frame 5, etc. are made of foamed synthetic resin such as foamed polyethylene, various artificial stone materials, etc. Synthetic resin is used to form an uneven pattern 65 on the inner surface of each member such as the floor pan 1, waist wall 3, apron 4, and peripheral frame 5. Of course, other materials than those mentioned above may be used, and members made of these materials may be combined as appropriate. Also large waist wall 3
a. The small waist wall 3b can be cut, and the entrance/exit can be formed by cutting any part of the large waist wall 3a to the small waist wall 3b depending on the site situation. An entrance/exit door frame is attached to the section. On the other hand, the wall finishing material 66 is finished so that a gap 67 is created between the upper surface of the upper frame portion 2 of the waist wall 3 and the wall finishing material 66, and between the horizontal piece 28 of the peripheral frame 5 and the wall finishing material 66. This is what we do. Here, a cushioning material 68 such as a foamed rubber material is interposed in the gap 67 to maintain watertightness and airtightness, and the cushioning material 68 also allows the waist wall 3,
It absorbs the expansion and contraction of the peripheral frame 5 and the like (particularly when these parts are made of synthetic resin) so that the wall finishing material 66 is not affected by expansion and contraction. FIG. 15 shows examples of construction of the wall finishing material 66. That is, in the case of FIG. 15a, a base frame 71 made of metal such as aluminum is attached to a base plate 70 attached to a pillar 69, a stud, etc., and asphalt felt 72, lath mortar 73, and pasting mortar 74 are attached to the base plate 70. Install and paste mortar in order 74
A tile, which is a wall finishing material 66, is attached to the wall. In this case, lath mortar 73, pasting mortar 7
4 is placed on the horizontal piece 75 of the base frame 71, and the lower end of the base frame 71 is in contact with the cushion material 68. Another embodiment is shown in FIG. 15b, where 76 is a concrete or C.B.
77 is the base mortar, 78
79 is the furring base, and 79 is the furring. Also, Figure 15c
Another embodiment is shown in which a waterproof plywood 80 is attached to the rim 79, and a wall panel, which is a wall finishing material 66, is attached to this. Here, water resistant plywood 80
An L-shaped receiving member 81 is attached to the lower end of the L
The serrated protrusion 86 of the shaped edge treatment member 87 is fitted into a locking groove 88 having serrated projections of the receiving member 81 to close the end. In addition, Fig. 15 d shows wall finishing material 6 on concrete 76 or C/B structure structure in the same dry method as Fig. 15 c.
An example of installing a wall panel 6 is shown. In any of the embodiments described above, the lower end of the wall finishing material 66 fits into the step in front of the draining ridge 20 that projects over the entire length from the back of the upper surface of each waist wall 3, so that the wall finishing material 66 and the waist Water that enters through the gap with the wall 3 can be bounced off by the draining ridges 20, and a waterproof structure that prevents water from entering behind the wall is obtained. Incidentally, the peripheral frame 5 used in this embodiment is provided with a drain groove 30 with a water slope as described above, and hot water overflowing from the bathtub 6 is drained from this drain groove 30. In this case, the peripheral frame 5 is sloped from the upper ridge 34 that receives the outer flange 37 of the bathtub 6 to the drain groove 30 side so that the drain groove 30 side is downward, so that hot water flows smoothly into the drain groove 30. It has a unique structure. Furthermore, if the horizontal piece 28 of the peripheral frame 5 is also sloped slightly downward toward the drain groove 30 side, hot water that has entered the horizontal piece 28 side can be drained into the drain groove 30.
At this time, the upper surface of the upper frame portion 2 of the waist wall 3 may also be sloped slightly downward toward the front side. As already mentioned, the upper surface of the floor pan 1 has two tiers, and the lower tier is sloped downward toward the recessed part 9 where the grates 12 are attached, so that hot water flows smoothly toward the recessed part 9. The storage section 82, which is the upper level, is sloped downward toward the lower level, so that hot water and water can flow smoothly to the lower level. The storeroom 82 is used to store various small items used in the bathroom, and if necessary, a dedicated soap store may be provided in the corner. If the upper shelf is used as the storage part 82 in this way, the hot water that flows when washing the body will be stopped by the step and will not splash on small items, and there will be no risk of washing away small items with hot water. Also, small items can be collected and organized in one place.

Thus, in the present invention, the lower part of the washing area is formed by assembling the floor pan, waist wall, and apron as described above, so compared to the conventional method in which the entire body is molded in one piece, it is easier to do it on site. The knock-down method has the advantage of being able to be assembled and transported compactly without being bulky, improving transportation efficiency.Furthermore, the assembly method allows for various combinations of bathroom components. It has the advantage of being able to replace each component individually even after construction, and by cutting out the part where the waist wall will be assembled on site, there is more freedom in setting the location of the bathroom entrance.
It can be applied to bathrooms of various shapes. In addition, even though the waist wall and apron are molded from synthetic resin, the back of the waist wall is provided with multiple reinforcing ribs vertically and horizontally, so the strength of the waist wall and apron itself is ensured, and these It is possible to increase the structural strength of the connected framework, and since a draining ridge is formed along the entire length on the back of the upper surface of the waist wall, there is a gap between the upper surface of the waist wall and the facing wall finishing material. Water that enters the bathroom can be bounced back by the draining ridges, and a waterproof structure can be created between the waist wall and the wall finishing material that constitutes the upper wall of the bathroom.
