Claims (1)
生する磁力を導通する磁性材よりなる通磁部材と
、この通磁部材と僅かな間隙を介して摺動可能に
嵌合されたプランジヤと、このプランジヤを前記
通磁部材に対し弾性的に位置決め支持する弾性部
材とを具備するとともに、前記プランジヤに弁部
をその移動方向に対し一体に形成して前記電磁コ
イルの磁力と前記弾性部材の反揆力とによりこの
プランジヤを軸方向に作動させることにより、前
記弁部の開口部を制御することを特徴とする電磁
バルブ。 (2) 前記プランジヤと前記通磁部材との半径間
隙は、約500μm以下であることを特徴とする
実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の電磁バルブ
。 (3) 前記弾性部材が板ばねであることを特徴と
する実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項又は第2項記
載の電磁バルブ。 (4) 常記板ばねはその円周形状が円またはその
一部であり、中心部にプランジヤと嵌合する穴を
有し、外周部と中心部の穴は同心度を正確に保た
れていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求範囲
第1項、第2項、第3項のいずれか1項記載の電

(4) A leaf spring has a circumferential shape that is a circle or a part thereof, has a hole in the center that fits with the plunger, and the holes in the outer periphery and the center are precisely concentric.
