有するとともに前記コイルの他端側で前記可動鉄
心の側面に対向する側面対向部を有する固定鉄心
と、前記可動鉄心の外周に摺動自在に嵌合して前
記可動鉄心をガイドする潤滑層を内周面に形成し
た筒形であつて前記側面対向部に磁気結合された
