本発明は、凹凸模様付建築用板の製造方法に関
するものであつて、更に詳述すれば、基材1全面
に低感光度の光重合型塗料2を塗布し、その上面
に高感光度の光重合型塗料3を任意の場所に凸状
に盛り上げて塗布した後、紫外線を照射して高感
光度の光重合型塗料3を硬化させると共に低感光
度の光重合型塗料2を半硬化状態にまで硬化さ
せ、次いで半硬化の低感光度の光重合型塗料2に
細粒状の粒状体4を定着させ、更に紫外線を照射
して低感光度の光重合型塗料を2を完全硬化せし
めて凹凸模様付建築用板5を得ることを特徴とす
る凹凸模様付建築用板の製造方法に係るものであ

部が発泡インキの発泡層15であるため表面に艶
がなく、逆に凹部の光重合型塗料の硬化塗膜の部
分に艶があるため、視覚的に不鮮明で、深さが感

重合型塗料2を塗布し、その上面にグラビアコー
ター7で任意の模様となるように任意の場所に高
感度の光重合型塗料3を盛り上げた状態に塗着さ
せる。ここでは、感光剤の添加量の少ない光重合
型塗料を低感光度の光重合型塗料2として用い、
感光剤の添加量を多くした光重合型塗料を高感度
の光重合型塗料3として用いてある。次いで紫外
線ランプを内蔵した第1の紫外線照射炉8を所定
速度で通過させて、高感光度の光重合型塗料3を
完全硬化させると共に、低感度の光重合型塗料2
を半硬化の状態にまで硬化させる。次に細粒状の
粒状体4としてシリカ粉末等を粒状体撒布装置9
にて塗料塗布面に撒布し、ゴムロール10の間隙
を通すと、粒状体4は半硬化状態の低感光度の光
重合型塗料2の部分に選択的に埋め込まれる。こ
のように粒状体4を埋め込んでおくと硬化後に粒
状体4が剥れ落ちることがない。余分の粒状体4
は吸引装置11で吸い取る(この粒状体4はリサ
イクルして使用する)。次に第2の紫外線照射炉
12中を通過させて、半硬化状態の低感光度の光
重合型塗料2を完全硬化させる。これにより凹部
に細粒状の粒状体4が埋め込まれて艶消し状態と

塗料を用いると、基板に塗布される上下の塗膜の
組成が略同一であるため、塗膜間の密着性が良好
になり好ましい。第1及び第2の2度にわたる紫
外線照射における紫外線照射量は、光重合型塗料
の感光度に応じて適宜決定すればよい。また、本
発明において使用する基板としては硬質塩化ビニ
ル樹脂板、木材板、合板、金属板等が用いられ

膜面となるため、視覚的な模様の深みがあり、凹
凸模様が強調された外観を呈する凹凸模様付建築
