Decorative boards coated with UV rays were mostly transparent because UVP had to pass through them, so the patterns tended to be monotonous. Furthermore, when applying colored UVP, the color must be applied to an extent that it does not become opaque, or the coating layer must be made thin.

It can be easily cured by UV irradiation even when applied thickly.

Therefore, fillers such as extenders can be added to UVP within a range that does not reduce the transmittance of ultraviolet rays.

The coating film can be formed into any pattern. A transparent top coat layer 5 is formed thereon if necessary.

いので好ましくない。 When the diameter of the colored powder resin powder is less than 1μ, many fine powders are uniformly dispersed in the UVP, blocking ultraviolet rays and preventing the UVP from curing. On the other hand, if the diameter exceeds 50 μm, the colored powder resin will be scattered in a mosaic pattern within the UVP, making it impossible to obtain a uniform color tone, which is not preferable.

This is undesirable because it may cause the UVP curing time to become longer or to cause curing failure.

By adding 1 to 30 parts by weight of an appropriately colored colored powder resin having a powder diameter of 1 to 50 μm to the UV curable paint, the colored UV curable paint can be made into 20 parts by weight.
Even when applied to a thickness of ~500μ, it is cured by short-term ultraviolet irradiation, so it is easy to obtain a clear pattern with high hardness and three-dimensional effect. Therefore, since it does not absorb much heat, cracks, warpage, etc. of the board do not occur.
