Claims (1)
- 円筒状をなすスリーブの一端開口部から長手方
向に沿つて凸部または凹部を直線状に複数個形成
し、該凸部または凹部と嵌合する凹部あるいは凸
部を形成したプランジヤーを、上記スリーブの一
端開口部にコイルばねを介装して摺動自在に嵌装
し、上記プランジヤーの摺動部底面に、スリーブ
内周面に圧接する弾接体を固着したことを特徴と
するコンタクトプローブ。
