a,3b間に架設した基桿14に対して複数のチ
ヤツク部15,15…を横列に構成する。端部チ
ヤツク部15aは基桿14に対して摺動自在に軸
挿した解除軸16のラツク部16aと噛合するピ
ニオン17を横列の各ピニオン17,17…と連
動軸18を介して回転連結すると共に、該ピニオ
ン18と噛合する押軸ラツク19を基桿14に対
