In other words, the cut films are partially overlapped and adhesive tape is applied thereto to form a continuous body again, but the continuous film thus obtained has a step at the position where the adhesive tape is applied. However, since the area where the adhesive tape is located is not well sealed, when filling the container with ham, etc., there is a risk that the contents may spill out from the area where the adhesive tape is located. Therefore, conventionally, the supply of contents is temporarily stopped when the adhesive tape attachment point reaches the filling section, and the supply is restarted after the adhesive tape has passed the attachment point.

Next, a method for manufacturing a continuous film for packaging is provided, in which a portion of the linearly welded portion within the region of the film to be high-frequency sealed is melted and flattened using an ultrasonic sealer.

The welding is performed using an ultrasonic sealer, for example, by scanning a sealer section constituted by a pointed member 24 along the film overlapping section 22. As a result, an excess piece is formed on the outside of the seal line, but it is torn off along the seal line and removed at the same time as sealing is completed.

is removed and wound up as each roll 16.
The thus obtained roll 16 is mounted on an automatic filling and packaging machine, wound in the width direction, and the polymerized both sides are sealed by high frequency, and then filled with contents such as ham, sausage, etc. , the welded parts of the film are firmly connected, and both sides 3
0 is flattened, so it is possible to perform good high-frequency sealing over the entire length of the film, and the strength of the film joints is sufficiently guaranteed, so there is no possibility that the film will be cut at the joints during filling and packaging operations. Therefore, a continuous filling operation can be performed.

If it is continuous, cutting and welding of the defective area can be done at any point. Therefore, even in an automatic filling machine, if the feed rate of the film is constant, packaged products with a constant display can be obtained. Can be done. Then, it is only necessary to remove the length of the packaged product in which the welded part appears in the center part, and there is no need to stop the flow in the filling machine.

達成し得るという効果を奏する。(Effects of the Invention) As described above, in the present invention, compared to the conventional adhesive tape bonding method, high frequency sealing is performed better over the entire length of the film, so when the film is used in an automatic filling and packaging machine, the bonded area is There is no need to stop filling each time, and since the flattening process described above is performed only on the area to be high-frequency sealed, the flattening process with the ultrasonic sealer will prevent the strength of the joined parts from decreasing. In other words, the bonding strength of the film joints is sufficiently guaranteed by the part of the film welded by the ultrasonic sealer that is not melted and flattened, so that cutting from the film joints occurs during filling and packaging operations. It is now possible to provide a continuous film for packaging ham, sausage, etc., which can be filled and packaged continuously at all times, and as a result, the efficiency of the packaging process can be improved and the packaging film can be saved. play.
