Traffic safety is becoming more and more important.

It consists of an array of yellow and red lenses with a light bulb placed inside each lens. The lens surface is placed facing the vehicle, and each light bulb is turned on at regular intervals to provide intermittent lighting. Lights of each color are displayed to control running and stopping, and lights of each color are displayed to regulate running, stopping, etc.

る。 Only one traffic light is installed facing the driving lane, so if a regular car is driving behind a large vehicle such as a bus or truck, it will not be possible to see what is ahead and the large vehicle will turn yellow or red. If a vehicle suddenly stops due to a light signal, there is a risk of a rear-end collision. In order to eliminate the risk of such rear-end collisions and to provide sufficient traffic control on busy arterial roads, recently traffic lights have been installed on the opposite lane as well, pointing toward the driving lane, and two traffic lights are used to prevent traffic from traveling in one direction. Traffic lanes are now being regulated.

The latest traffic lights have lenses installed on both sides of a single vehicle, each with a light bulb, and can be used to signal both the driving lane and the opposite lane. Even in this case, although there was only one body, there were actually two internal mechanisms, which was expensive.

To provide a traffic light that can be used as an auxiliary signal light, has a simple mechanism, and can perform sufficient traffic regulation.

具である。 In FIGS. 1 and 2, reference numeral 1 denotes a long box-shaped machine body, and this machine body 1 is installed at a high place with a ball or fixed to a telephone pole, as in the conventional case. Blue, yellow, and red lenses 2a, 2b, and 2c are installed on both sides of the fuselage 1, arranged equally in the horizontal direction so that the same colors face each other, and behind each lens 2a, 2b, and 2c, there is a conical shaped lens. A reflector 3 is installed, and a light bulb 4 is placed close to each lens 2a, 2b, 2c on one side, and a reflecting mirror 5 is provided between each lens 2a, 2b, 2c and the light bulb 4. In addition, 6 in the figure is a socket, 7
is a mounting bracket for attaching the socket 6 to the body 1.

Open the reflector 3 along the inner periphery and insert two or three reflecting mirrors 5 into the lens 2 on the opposite side.
It may be arranged to focus on a, 2b, and 2c.

The light bulb 4 is attached to the lens 2a on the side of the main signal light A,
2b, 2c, each lens 2a,
2b and 2c will emit a colored signal light when the light bulb 4 lights up, and the auxiliary signal light B side on the other side will work with the lens of the main signal light A depending on the light emission from the light bulb 4 and the brightness of the reflector 5. Light signals of the same color will be given.

きるものである。 As described above, according to the present invention, blue, yellow, and red lenses 2a, 2b, and 2c are installed on both sides of the aircraft body 1 so as to face each other in the same colors, and each lens 2a, 2b, and 2c on one side is
By installing a light bulb 4 near c to serve as the main signal light A and the other side as the auxiliary signal light B, the main signal light A
By installing the side opposite to the driving lane, vehicles running in the driving lane can confirm the light signal by the main signal lamp A, and the auxiliary signal lamp B of the traffic signal installed on the opposite lane side can confirm the light signal on the driving lane side. Even when the vehicle is running, the driver can confirm the light signal on the vehicle's own vehicle, and can safely control traffic without colliding with a large vehicle traveling in front of the vehicle. Moreover, since only one light bulb 4 is provided between the opposing lenses without providing a light bulb 4 for each lens on both sides, the entire traffic light can be manufactured at low cost, and power consumption can be reduced. This allows for easy replacement of light bulbs, etc.
