An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In Figures 1 to 3, 1 is a main body case cover, 2 is a main body case bottom, 3 is a middle frame of the main body case, 26 is a mounting bracket for fixing to a ceiling etc.
Reference numeral 4 denotes a dark box formed between the inner frame 3 and the case bottom 2, which is configured to block external light from entering and only allow smoke to enter. Around the dark box 4, partition-shaped shielding plates are arranged in an interlocking manner, thereby allowing only smoke to circulate. 5 and 6 are
The light emitting element 5 is an infrared light emitting diode, and the light receiving element 6 is a photodiode. Here, the light-emitting path a of the light-emitting element 5 and the light-receiving path b of the light-receiving element 6 are arranged at an angle so as to intersect at point A in the dark box 4. Therefore, when the smoke flowing into the dark box 4 scatters the light emitted from the light emitting element 5 near point A, a part of the scattered light enters the light receiving element 6 and is converted into an electrical signal. These light-emitting and light-receiving elements 5 and 6 are fixed to the inner frame 3, and after fitting a circuit board 7 having a hole in this part, a sensor cover 8 is placed over the light-emitting and light-receiving elements 5 and 6.
In addition to blocking external light from entering the dark box 4, the circuit board 7 is held down in the figure to be fixed. Note that various electrical components (not shown) are attached to the circuit board 7. Reference numeral 9 denotes an inner case formed on the inner frame 3 in parallel with the circuit board 7, and is made of insulating resin. One end (left end in the figure) of this inner case 9 is fixed to the inner frame 3 with a screw 10, and the other end (right end in the figure) is removably locked to the inner frame 3 with a locking claw 11. If the material of the inner case 9 is flexible, it can be opened by bending the vicinity of the fixed end when the locking claw 11 is removed, but if the material is a hard resin, then it can be opened. The fixed end may be made rotatable. This inner case 9 is divided into two rooms 13 and 14 by an insulating wall 12, and one room 13 has a battery case 16 containing secondary batteries 15, 15, etc., and the other room 14 has a step-down AC power source. A power transformer 17 is housed therein. 18
is a standing light support part provided on the side of the inner case 9, to which the standing light 19 is attached. 20, 21
are the contact points of the standing lights. 22 is an alarm buzzer, and 23 is an AC power supply cord taken out from the transformer 17. 24 is a lens attached to the front of the standing light 19, 25 is a reflector,
Both are fixed to the main body case cover 1.

To explain the assembly order of a smoke detector having such a configuration, first, align the circuit board 7 on the inner frame 3 with the sensor part including the light emitting and light receiving elements 5 and 6, that is, fit it into the hole drilled in this part. Then, the sensor cover 8 is placed over the sensor cover 8 and the circuit board 7 is fixed. Next, secondary batteries 15, 15...
Insert the battery case 16 containing the battery into the one chamber 13 of the inner case 9, then insert the transformer 17 into the other chamber 14, and then insert the locking claw 11 into the hole in the inner frame 3 and hook it there. and fix it. The battery case 16 and transformer 17 are fixed to the middle frame 3 by this middle case 9. After that, standing light 19
The assembly is completed by inserting the main body case cover 1 into the support part 18 and attaching the main body case cover 1 to the case cover bottom 2.

In this way, the smoke detector according to the present invention has a board placed around the sensor part, a transformer placed in a separate position from this board, and a battery that is at risk of leaking is housed in a battery case. However, since it is fixed inside the inner case along with the transformer, there is almost no concern that the electrical components on the board will be affected by noise from the transformer, and there is no risk that the electrical components will malfunction due to battery leakage. Nor. Furthermore, according to the present invention, the battery and transformer can be attached to the inner frame in one operation using the inner case, so assembly is extremely simple. Furthermore, according to the present invention, a standing light,
All parts necessary for the operation of the smoke detector, such as the printed circuit board and other power supply parts, are attached to the inner frame, so it is fully operational even with the main body case cover removed, making it convenient for measurements etc. good.
