- 一方の巻線が電源装置の負荷出力線路の一方に
直列に接続された可飽和トランスと、この可飽和
トランスの他方の巻線に交流信号を流す交流印加
手段と、前記可飽和トランスの他方の巻線のイン
ピーダンス低下を検出する検出手段とを含むこと
