な問題を解決する一つの方法は、特開昭52−
109565号に提案されているように、延伸吹込成形
前に有底パリソンからスプルを切断等によつて除
去することであるが、これには特別の除去装置を
必要とし、またそのための工程が増えるという欠
点がある。スプルを除去することなく上記問題を
解決する手段として、特開昭52−114661号に延伸
吹込成形のさいに、スプルを中空成形体の外底面
中央に偏平凸部として残すことが提案されてい
る。しかし底部外面に凸部を残すことは、底部
に製造年月日等を捺印するさいの障碍となる、
底部全体が凸部を除いて平坦な場合は、中空体の
正立安定性を損ねる、凸部が偏平であつても、
その角隅によつて幼児等が柔かい指等に怪我をす
るおそれがある等の問題を生ずる。
