Conventional structure and problems thereof Conventionally, in this type of pressure cooker, as shown in FIG. An overtemperature rise prevention element (hereinafter referred to as a temperature fuse) 3 was fixed inside the controller 1, and the operating section 2 was removable with screws or the like.

The heater 5 was fixed to the bottom of a bottomed cylindrical protective frame 7 fixed inside the main body 1. Furthermore, the temperature fuse 3 was provided on the main body 1 side of the operating section 2 and between it and the protective frame 7 for the following three reasons.

Reason 1: If the control circuit etc. malfunctions and the heater 5 is continuously energized, the temperature will rise abnormally and become unsafe. Therefore, a temperature fuse 3 is installed near the heater 5 to stop the energization, but in the unlikely event that the heater 5 is energized, It was attached to the back side of the removable operating section 2 so that servicing can be performed easily.

Reason 2: The temperature fuse 3 is installed near the heater 5 because it is used to stop the power supply to the heater 5 when the temperature rises abnormally, but the temperature of the heater 5 during normal use rises to nearly 200°C. On the other hand, the operation of temperature fuse 3 is 10℃ higher than the normal operating condition of 200℃.
Ideally, it should be carried out at a temperature ~20°C higher, but
At this level of temperature difference, the heat-sensing fusible material called pellets used in the temperature fuse 3
It gradually melts and blows out after about 50 to 100 normal uses, making it inconvenient to use. Therefore, a protective frame 7 is provided between the heater 5 and the temperature fuse 3 to slow down heat conduction, and the temperature fuse 3 is It was operated at a temperature around 140℃. In other words, in order to exceed 140°C by 10°C to 20°C, the heater temperature must be 300°C or higher, making it easy to distinguish between abnormal and normal conditions.
Further, a protective frame 7 was provided to prevent the temperature fuse 3 from being directly exposed to water during cooking, and the temperature fuse 3 was provided between the protective frame 7 and the operating section 2.

Reason 3: As mentioned above, the closer the heater 5 and temperature fuse 3 are, the faster the response will be in the event of an abnormality, but if they are too close, the pellets will gradually melt.

Next, the inventors considered providing a temperature fuse 3 near the thermistor at the center bottom of the pot 4. This is because pot 4 uses water, so the area near the bottom of the pot is
This is because the temperature of the heater 3 does not rise above the boiling temperature of water, and the temperature of the heater 3 rises rapidly when the water runs out and the water is running dry.

However, in this position, the thermistor 6 controls the food and detects the delicate temperature, so it generates heat.
It was difficult to arrange the temperature fuse 3, which has a large heat capacity, in the same vicinity as the thermistor 6, near the bottom of the pot.

In addition, the current capacity of pressure cookers has increased to 10A to 15A, and for this reason, the temperature fuse 3 itself has become larger in size, and the shape that fixes the thermistor 6 has also become larger, so the heat capacity has further increased and the thermistor 6 There was a problem that the heat detection became worse.

In addition, with this configuration, due to variations in voltage and room temperature,
When the temperature fuse 3 is activated, the contact area between the pot 4 and the heater 5 rises to nearly 300 degrees Celsius, causing starchy substances such as rice to blacken and stick to the surface, resulting in performance problems such as differences in heat conduction in the blackened portions, etc. I had the above problem. This kind of blackening can occur when there are malfunctioning parts or when there are abnormalities such as empty cooking, but it is also common among people who eat brown rice every day, or those who soften fish bones or inexpensive tendon meat, sick people, or children. You can eat ingredients that would normally be thrown away, and it's much cheaper than traditional utility bills, and the self-regulating electric pressure cooker can be used every day.
It was inconvenient to use it in its blackened state, both for cooking and because it would stick when cleaning up afterwards. In addition, this type of pot
Aluminum material is usually used, but there is a problem in that it is expensive to replace, which is inconvenient considering the burden on the user.

Structure of the Invention In order to achieve the above object, the non-stick structure of the pressure cooker of the present invention includes a cylindrical pot with a bottom, a heater on which the pot is placed and heated, and a heater circumscribed at the center of the bottom of the pot. This device is equipped with a temperature detection section and a temperature fuse that senses the temperature, and is designed to stop an abnormal temperature rise in the heater by blowing out the temperature fuse near the bottom of the pot in the center of the heater. In order to reduce the size of the temperature fuse, it is bent into an inverted V-shape and fixed near the lower part of the temperature sensor in the heater center through hole.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In FIGS. 2 to 4, 8 is a pot body for heating the food to be cooked, and 9 is a pot body 8 on which it is placed. It is a heating body that has a through hole near the center of the bottom of the pot body 8. An outer case 10 is fixed to the central through hole of the heating body 9 by a plurality of claws 11, 11'. The inner case 1 is pressed upward by the load of the spring 12 inside the outer case 10.

Further, a plate having screw holes is fixed to the lower part of the inner case 13, and the heat sensing fusing element 22 is protected and fixedly supported in an inverted V shape by the insulator 19 through the hole of the temperature fuse mounting plate 20. It is fixed within the inner case 13 with screws 21.

When the water in the pot body 8 runs out, the information from the thermistor 16 controls the electricity supply to the heating element 9 to be stopped, but if either the thermistor 16 or the control circuit breaks down, the heating element 9 is continuously energized. The temperature starts to rise abnormally.

The heat from the heating body 9 passes through the pot body 8, the heat-sensitive plate 14, the holding plate 18, etc., or the outer case 10, the inner case 13, etc., and is transferred to the temperature fuse body 22 by radiation, convection, conduction, etc. It is transmitted and melted down.

Further, a thermistor 16 is disposed on the pot body 8 side, and the pot body 8, the thermistor 16, and a temperature fuse body 2 are provided.
Since heat is transmitted in the order of 2, there is almost no effect on the heat sensing of the thermistor 16.

In the above embodiment, the temperature fuse body 22 is placed inside the insulator 19 in the shape of an inverted V, but the point is that the temperature fuse body only needs to be located near the bottom of the thermistor 16, and furthermore, it can be placed outside the inner case 13. It is sufficient if the heating body 9 receives heat near the center thereof.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above embodiments, the pressure cooker of the present invention is provided with a temperature detection element located inside the outer case fixed to the through hole provided in the center of the heating element, and A temperature fuse body is provided near the bottom of the element, and by providing the temperature detection element and temperature fuse inside the outer case, the power supply to the heating element is stopped when the temperature rises abnormally. The operating temperature of the temperature fuse can be brought closer to the internal temperature of the pot body, and as a result, the power to the heating element can be cut off in about half the time compared to conventional methods, and as a result, the pot body will not malfunction. Burning caused by heating can also be prevented. Further, since the temperature fuse body has an inverted V shape, it does not interfere with heat detection by the temperature detection element and can be made compact.
