DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Field of Industrial Application The present invention relates to a non-stick device for a pressure cooker used in general households, particularly a pot. In the cooking device, as shown in FIG. ) 3 was fixed, and the operating section 2 was removable using screws or the like.

The heater 5 includes a protective frame 7 fixed inside the main body 1.
It was fixed to the bottom of a cylinder with a bottom. The temperature fuse 3 was provided on the main body 1 side of the operating section 2 and between it and the protective frame 7 for the following three reasons.

Reason 1: If the control circuit etc. malfunctions and the heater 7 is continuously energized, the temperature will rise abnormally, making it unsafe.@A fuse 3 is installed near the heater 7, which stops the energization. It was attached to the back side of the removable operation unit 2 so that it could be easily serviced when the machine was opened.

Reason 2: The temperature fuse 3 is installed near the heater 7 because it is used to stop the power supply to the heater 7 when the temperature rises abnormally, but the temperature of the heater 7 during normal use increases to 200'C, which is close to 1. On the other hand, it is ideal for the temperature fuse 3 to operate at a temperature V10°C to 20°C higher than the 2oO'C in normal use, but with such a temperature difference, one temperature fuse 3 cannot be used. A heat-sensing fusible material called a pellet, which is attached to the heater, gradually melts and melts after 60 to 100 normal uses, making it inconvenient to use. A protective frame 7 was provided to slow down heat conduction, and the temperature fuse 3 was operated at a temperature around 140°C. i.e. 140"C'i 10℃~20℃
In order to exceed this temperature, the temperature of the heater must exceed 300°C, which makes it clear to distinguish between abnormality and normality. It's 1.
A protective frame 7 was provided to prevent the temperature fuse 3 from being directly exposed to water during cooking, and the temperature fuse 3 was provided between the protective frame 7 and the operating section 2.Reason 3: As stated above. The closer the heater 5 and the temperature heater 3 are, the faster the response will be in the event of an abnormality, but if they are too close, the pellets will gradually dissolve.Next, the inventors I considered installing a temperature fuse 3 near the thermistor. This is because the pot 4 uses water, so the temperature near the bottom of the pot does not rise above the boiling temperature of the water, and the temperature of the heater 3 rises rapidly when the water runs out and the pot is empty.

It was difficult to arrange the temperature fuse 3, which has a large heat capacity, in the same vicinity as the thermistor 6, near the bottom of the pot.

In addition, the current capacity of pressure cookers has increased to 10A to 15A, and as a result, the thermal fuse 3 itself has become larger in size, and the shape for fixing the thermistor 16 has also become larger, resulting in an even larger heat capacity and the thermistor 16. There was a problem that the heat detection became worse.

In addition, with this configuration, due to variations in voltage and room temperature, when the temperature fuse 3 is activated, the contact area between the pot 6 and the heater 5 will reach 300°C.
As the temperature rises close to the surface, there are problems in terms of appearance, such as starch such as rice turning black and adhering to it, and performance problems, such as differences in heat conduction in the blackened parts.

Structure of the Invention In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the structure of the pressure cooker of the present invention to prevent sticking is comprised of a cylindrical pot with a bottom, a heater for placing and heating the pot, and a heater placed in the center of the bottom of the pot. It is equipped with a temperature sensing part that is in contact with the outside, and a temperature fuse that senses the temperature.
The abnormal temperature rise of the heater is stopped by cutting off the temperature fuse ff:g near the bottom of the pot at the center of the heater. In order to reduce the size of this fuse, it is bent into an inverted V shape and fixed near the bottom of the temperature sensor in the heater center through hole.

On the other hand, it circumscribes the center of the bottom of the pot body 8. There is a heat-sensitive plate 14, an insulating plate 15 in contact with the lower part of the heat-sensitive plate 14, a thermistor 16 for detecting temperature, a protector 17 made of an elastic material that protects the thermistor 16 and makes it abut against the insulating plate 14,
There is a holding plate 18 made of a material with good thermal conductivity that holds the insulating plate 15, the thermistor 16, and the protector 17 on the heat-sensitive plate 14 side. Protective body 17. The holder 18 and the inner case 13 are assembled in this order, and the bottomed cylindrical upper flange of the inner case 13 and the opening of the heat-sensitive plate 14 are caulked and inserted into the inner case 13 in the above order. When the water in the pot body 8 runs out, the temperature changes to 1 based on the information from the thermistor 16.
Although the energization to the heating element 9 is controlled to be stopped, if either the thermistor 16 or the control circuit fails, the heating element 9 starts to abnormally rise in temperature while being continuously energized.

In addition, in the unlikely event that the fuse body blows out, please use the screw 21.
In addition, since the thermistor 16 is disposed on the pot body 8 side, and heat is transmitted to the pot body 8, the thermistor 16, and the temperature fuse body 22 in this order, the heat of one thermistor 16 can be easily removed and replaced. There is almost no effect on sensing.

In the above embodiment, the temperature fuse body 22 is placed inside the inverted V-shaped insulator 19, but the point is that the temperature fuse body only needs to be located near the bottom of the thermistor 16, and furthermore, it can be placed outside the inner case 13. It suffices if the heat is received near the center of the heating element 9.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above embodiments, in the pressure cooker of the present invention, the temperature fuse body is shaped like an inverted V and is arranged near the center of the heating body near the opposite side of the pot body with the thermistor in the center. In addition, it is possible to detect the interruption of current supply to the heating element in the event of an abnormal temperature rise in about half the time compared to the conventional method, thereby preventing burning.
