入した高周波加熱装置において、上記出力アンテ
ナ５を挿入する上記結合穴６の周囲に段部９を設
け、この段部９に金網ガスケツト１０を密着させ
、段部９の付根１１の外側でかつマグネトロン１
と周壁３との間に高調波吸収材ガスケツト１２を
設け、高調波吸収ガスケツト１２の内径Ｄ５を金
網ガスケツト１０の外径Ｄ３よりも大きくし、両
ガスケツト１０，１２が相互に重ならないように
