えており、該フランジの一方をアーマチユアとス
トツパープレートの間に挾持して、ストツパープ
レートに配設するとともに逆円錐台形状頭部を有
するストツパーピン部材の軸部を前記円筒部の貫
通孔へ貫挿してその先端をアーマチユアに固定し
