Claims

[Claims for Utility Model Registration] A shaft; a first arm rotatably attached to the shaft; an intermediate member that is slidably connected to the first arm in the longitudinal direction and has a locking portion at one end; a locking portion that is engageable with the locking portion; a second arm rotatably attached; an elastic member that biases the intermediate member in a direction away from the second arm; and an elastic member that biases the intermediate member away from the second arm against the elastic member. 1.
