Claims (1)
- シリンダと平行に配置されるとともに板状電気
抵抗体とこの板状電気抵抗体に摺接する電気接点
を備えた摺動子と前記シリンダの伸縮に連動して
一体的に摺動するセンサロツドとを有して前記シ
リンダの伸縮ストロークを検出する検出器におい
て、前記摺動子と前記センサロツドとをループ部
を有する板バネを介して連結したことを特徴とす
るシリンダ位置検出装置。
