[Problems to be solved by the prior art and the invention] In general, this type of folding door is constructed in such a way that it can be removed and installed freely in an opening whose four peripheries are framed during new construction or repair. There is a need. By the way, a folding door has two positions: a closed position in which the hanging side door body and movable side door body that make up the folding door are substantially flush with the opening, and a closed position in which the central stile side protrudes from the opening and is bent into a folding shape. In order to change the appearance to the open position, the door roller is configured to be able to rotate about the vertical main axis as a fulcrum. In the case of a so-called hanging wheel type in which the upper stile side door wheel of the door body runs on a hanging rail in the direction, the hanging wheel is placed on the hanging rail centered on the axis of the vertical main shaft provided at the upper end of the folding door. By configuring it so that it can rotate freely from the travel position to the removal position located between the opposing suspension rails, it is possible to open and close the folding door. Moreover, when removing the folding door, the axle is moved so that the suspension wheel is on the suspension rail. The hanging wheel is rotated 90 degrees from the traveling position where it travels to a removal position where the hanging wheel is located between opposing suspension rails, so that the hanging wheel can be removed from the hanging rail. However, as shown in FIG. 6, in this case, a guide piece 10b is erected on the opposite end edge of the hanging rail 10, and the hanging wheel 10
Since the traveling guide was provided to prevent the folding door from coming off the hanging rail 10, when removing the folding door, the hanging wheel 15 had to be rotated while the folding door itself was lifted and the hanging wheel 15 was positioned above the guide piece 10b. However, since the operation is troublesome and the workability is poor, an extra space must be provided on the upper frame 2 side that accommodates the suspension wheel 15, and this space is necessary to accommodate the lifting of the suspension wheel 15. In the case where a bis pocket 19 is provided for fixing the upper frame, a part of the bis pocket 19 must be cut out to secure space for lifting the suspension wheel 15, which complicates the structure and makes it difficult to remove the suspension wheel. There was a drawback that the rotation operation of the suspension wheel became more difficult because the rotation operation of the hanging wheel was restricted to the above-mentioned notch position. Moreover, in addition to these hanging wheel devices, folding doors must be regulated to prevent the door body from colliding with the folding door when it is folded more than necessary when the door is opened.
Further parts are required for this purpose, which increases the number of parts, and there is also a drawback that work to attach these parts is required.

[Means for solving the problems] In view of the above-mentioned circumstances, the present invention was devised for the purpose of providing a hanging wheel device for a folding door that can eliminate these drawbacks. A pair of hanging rails are provided opposite each other with an opposing interval of At the same time, the main shaft is provided with an operating guide that rotates integrally with the suspension wheel about the main shaft axis so as to be movable up and down, and the operating guide is loosely fitted between the opposing suspension rails to rotate the operating guide. From the raised position where relative rotation to the hanging rail is restricted and the hanging wheel is guided, it descends below the hanging rail to the lowered position where the relative rotation of the operating guide to the hanging rail is released and it can freely rotate together with the hanging wheel. The operating guide body is configured to be movable downward, and furthermore, the operating guide body is extended long in the inner direction of the door frame while being loosely fitted between the opposing hanging rails, and is brought into contact with the other door body side when the folding door is opened. The present invention is characterized in that it is configured as a regulating body that regulates the bending described above.

With this configuration, the present invention is a hanging wheel type folding door, but when removing the folding door, the hanging wheel can be rotated from the traveling position to the removal position without lifting the folding door in any way. This can be easily done, and the regulating member that regulates the folding of the folding door more than necessary can also be used.

On the other hand, the main shaft 12 has an operating guide 16 located between the base 11 and the vehicle bearing 14, which restricts rotation around the shaft center with respect to the main shaft 12 and which can only slide vertically.
The operation guide 16 has a single side 16a that is slightly narrower than the opposing spacing of the rails 10 in plan view and parallel to the axle 13;
It is wider than the opposing spacing of the rails 10, and the axle 1

is parallel to the rail 10, that is, in a traveling position where the axle 13 is perpendicular to the suspension rail 10 and the suspension wheel 15 runs on the suspension rail 10, the operation guide 16 is parallel to the long side 16.
b is loosely fitted between the opposing suspension rails 10 in a state in which the guide piece 10a of the suspension rail 10 is closely opposed to the guide piece 10a of the suspension rail 10, and the upper surface side is in contact with the vehicle bearing 14. And the operation guide 16
can be operated against the ammunition 17 from the raised position where it fits loosely between the hanging rails 10 to the lowered position where the upper end of the operating guide 16 is below the lower end of the hanging rail guide piece 10a.

In the embodiment of the present invention constructed as described above, the folding door 1 attached to the door frame 2, 3, 4, 5 of an opening in a bathroom, etc. has the door body A, B with the central stile 9 as the bending part. It opens and closes when folded. In this case, the suspension wheel 15 will travel on the suspension rail 10, but in order to do so, the operation guide body 16 must be
6b is close to and opposite to the guide piece 10a, and the suspension rail 10
What is necessary is to position it in the raised position where it fits loosely between the opposing sides. That is, in the raised position of the operation guide 16, the long side 16b is close to and opposite to the guide piece 10a of the suspension rail 10, so the relative rotation of the operation guide 16 with respect to the suspension rail 10 is restricted, and therefore the opening and closing of the folding door 1 is restricted. Regardless of the operation, the operation guide 16 always rotates together with the main shaft 12 about the axis of the main shaft 12 so as to be located between the opposing suspension rails. As a result, the guide piece 10 for guiding the hanging wheel 15 is attached to the hanging rail 10 as in the conventional case.
Even if the suspension rail 10 has a planar structure without an upward protrusion without protruding upward,
The suspension wheel 15 moves the operating guide 1 around the axis of the main shaft 12.
6, the hanging wheel 15 does not come off from the hanging rail 10, and reliable opening/closing operation is performed. When the folding door 1 reaches a predetermined open position, the actuation guide 16 loosely fits into the hanging rail and is guided by the guide piece 10a, so that the protrusions 16d, which are always facing each other, are shown in FIG. Thus, the folding door 1 is prevented from further folding and opening.

On the other hand, when removing the folding door 1 from the door frame, when the folding door 1 is placed in the open position, the protrusion 16
d are hanging rails 10 protruding from the door bodies A and B.
(state shown in Figure 5A),
Grasp this protrusion 16d and move the operation guide 16.
The upper end of the suspension rail 10 is pushed down to the lowered position below the lower end of the suspension rail 10 (the state shown in FIG. 5B), and then the horizontal direction is approximately 90 degrees about the axis of the prismatic main shaft 12. When rotated, the long side 16b of the operating guide 16 and the guide 10 of the hanging rail 10
Since the restriction on rotation due to close opposition to a is released, the suspension wheel 15 rotates integrally with the wheel bearing 14 and the axle 13 from the running position to the position where it faces the suspension rail 10, and is removed from the suspension rail 10. After that, the folding door 1 is removed by the normal folding door 1 removal operation. Moreover, the installation operation of the folding door 1 can be performed by the reverse operation described above.

In this way, in the present invention, the hanging wheel 15 is connected to the hanging rail 1.
When removing it from 0 or positioning it in the running position,
There is no need to lift the folding door 1 as in the conventional method, and the operation can be easily performed by simply moving the operating guide 16 from the raised position to the lowered position and rotate it, which greatly improves work efficiency. You can improve your performance. Moreover, since there is no need to lift the folding door 1 during the removal work of the folding door 1, there is no need to take up space on the upper frame for lifting the hanging wheel 15 as in the conventional case.
It is also possible to install it outside the above space, and even if it is installed inside the space, there is no need to form a cutout for removal. Therefore, the hanging wheel 15 can be rotated without being restricted by the position of the bis pocket 19. It's extremely convenient.

Moreover, in the present invention, the operating guide 16 for rotating the hanging wheel 15 extends long in the inner direction while loosely fitting into the hanging rail, so that when the folding door is opened, the operating guide 16 is extended in the inner direction. Specifically, the actuation guides 16 come into contact with each other to restrict the folding door from being bent more than necessary, and therefore, the actuation guides 16 act as regulating members to prevent the folding door from being bent or opened more than necessary. It can be used as is, there is no need to separately provide a dedicated regulating member, and the parts can be used for multiple purposes as well.
It also has the effect of simplifying the structure.

[Operations and Effects] In summary, the present invention is constructed as described above, so that when the operating guide body is always in the raised position, the operating guide body restricts relative rotation with respect to the suspension rail, and the suspended vehicle is suspended as described above. The folding door can be reliably prevented from coming off the suspension rail, and the folding door can be opened and closed smoothly even with a flat suspension rail, which does not require a guide piece to prevent the suspension wheel from coming off as in the past. A working trowel can be created. In addition, it is a simple one-touch operation in which the operating guide, which prevents the suspension wheel running on a planar suspension rail with no guide piece from coming off, is lowered to the lowered position and then rotated around the main shaft axis. The hanging wheel can be rotated from the running position on the hanging rail to the removal position between the opposing hanging rails without lifting the folding door in any way, simplifying the rotation operation of the hanging wheel during the removal and installation work of the folding door, It is possible to significantly improve work efficiency. Furthermore, since the folding door does not particularly need to be lifted, there is no need to secure extra space within the hanging rail to accommodate the lifting of the folding door. Furthermore, since the operating guide body that rotates the hanging wheel extends long in the vertical direction of the door frame when the hanging rail is loosely fitted, when the folding door is opened, the extended operating guide body is placed on the side of the other door body. By making contact with the folding door, the folding door is prevented from bending more than necessary, and the operating guide can also be used as a bending regulating member, eliminating the need for a separate bending regulating member and reducing the number of parts. It is possible to reduce this and improve the ease of assembly.
