剤を供給する中和剤供給器と、前記濃度測定器の
信号により試液濃度が中和点に達した時の中和剤
の供給量を累積計量する供給量測定器と、この測
定器の累積計量値より飛散リン酸量を求める演算
器とを有することを特徴とするリン酸型燃料電池
