Conventionally, when bonding acrylic resin materials with a solvent, methylene dichloride and ethylene dichloride have been widely used. Furthermore, it is possible to use the same solvent as the acrylic resin material when bonding the polycarbonate resin material with a solvent. However, when methylene dichloride or ethylene dichloride is used to bond an acrylic resin material and a polycarbonate resin material with a solvent, the bonded area turns white, significantly impairing the appearance, and especially when a transparent material is used, the product cannot be used. It was hot.

In view of these circumstances, the present invention was completed as a result of studies on an adhesive that can bond acrylic resin materials and polycarbonate resin materials without impairing their appearance. and/or an adhesive composition characterized in that 30 to 150 parts by weight of methanol and 5 to 40 parts by weight of glacial acetic acid are mixed with 100 parts by weight of ethylene dichloride.

Methanol is added for the purpose of lowering the solubility of methylene dichloride and/or ethylene dichloride in acrylic resin materials and polycarbonate resin materials, but since adding a large amount will significantly reduce the adhesion speed, the It is necessary to adjust the mixing amount within the range of 150 parts by weight. Adding methanol in this way can prevent whitening of the bonded area.

Furthermore, in order to prevent whitening that occurs in the bonded area and at the same time to prevent bubbles that occur at this time, glacial acetic acid is added from 5 to 5.
Add 40 parts. If this amount exceeds 40 parts, whitening will appear again, which is not preferable. Additionally, commonly used auxiliaries, stabilizers, etc. can be added to the adhesive composition of the present invention, if necessary.

Example 1 A transparent acrylic resin plate with a thickness of 2 m/m (Acrylite L manufactured by Mitsubishi Rayon Co., Ltd.) and a transparent polycarbonate resin plate with the same thickness (Iupilon) were used.
(manufactured by Mitsubishi Gas Chemical Co., Ltd.) was cut into a size of 100 x 100 m/m, and a mixed composition of 100 parts of methylene dichloride, 100 parts of methanol, and 20 parts of glacial acetic acid was poured with a syringe between the stacked resin plates, and the load was applied. I applied it. After several minutes, the bonded area was observed and was found to be very beautiful with no whitening or bubbles, and sufficient adhesive strength was obtained.
