スを排気し得るようにされた内燃機関用可変式消
音器に於て、エンジン回転数に応じて開閉する弁
を設けた排気導出管は、その開口端を共鳴室に配
し、エンジン回転数が設定値以下の時には弁を閉
じて共鳴室から弁に至る管路をブランチとし、且
つ、エンジン回転数が設定値以上の時には弁を開
き、共鳴室を拡張室に代えるように構成したこと
