閉弁を設けて、スロットルバルブと連動させてアイドリ
ング時に閉じ、スロットルバルブを開くと共に開くよう
にし、開閉弁の手前の排気管とマフラをバイパス通路で
連結し、該バイパス通路の途中に触媒室を連結するよう
